after a year and a half, our time has come to an end. we never wanted to get to this day. we never wanted to give up on working to provide a space that is warm, loving, fun, and safe. we only have ever prioritized giving you all an escape but what once was an escape for us is now no longer safe.

to provide context, we received messages from over ten different individuals as well as anons expressing discomfort regarding characters consuming content created by a pedophile sunday. we spent hours upon hours conducting our own research, subjecting ourselves to media involved, reading every article sent to us, working through over eight different outcomes. some of the characters involved were pushing for bans while others weren't and we fully accepted and understood and respected everyone's thoughts and opinions. at the end of the day, we made a choice to protect the members who reached out, to ensure the comfort of the dash.

we stand by this and will continue to do so but the cost has been too great. just last night alone, we received over thirty anons depicting threats directed towards us, hateful speech, and vulgar language towards four mods who were just doing their best to protect members from pedophilic content. it's not worth the cost anymore.

we genuinely have loved each and every one of you. we have spent hundreds if not thousands of hours getting to know and adore each of you and we have done our very best to ensure we were kind, fair, and gave everyone a voice. to be slandered and told otherwise just says all we need to know, that the bad has officially outweighed the good. we wish you all the best and hope you find a safe landing. unfortunately, it just isn't with canines anymore.
