I've sent you an ask before about loving Arizona and wanting to know more of your take on your favorite places. You do a lot of requests for mouse world, I was wondering if you would possibly take one for a places in Arizona. Have you been to Lake Powell yet? I haven't been since I was 10, but it truly was one of the most beautiful places I ever saw. I stayed in a house boat with a good chunk of my family, tugging along my Dad's Bass Tracker from the early 80's, and rented Seadoos. The water was crystal clear, you could see all the fish swimming in the canyon coves. There were even caves dug out in the canyon walls.
Or what about up by Cameron or Lees Ferry? Where the land turns red, and you have so many historic Native American buildings, and old Mormon forts. God what a blessed land Arizona is to me. Truly no other land on Earth hits my heart like my home here in the Sonoran. Every place here feels like a temple in it's own right, a holy place just by the nature of the land and it's native beauty.
as yeah I love lake Powell! I worked/volunteered as a first responder up there a few months in like 2019. I've definitely been planning on going back up there sometime especially since the weather where I am is getting chilly but it's probably perfect up there (I would really really like trying to get more into kayaking)
heres a digital piece from 2019, but I'll return there one day...

In Search of Good Online Thesaurus Resources? Desperately Avoiding AI As A Tool.
No idea if anyone will see this but I want to try.
I want to avoid using AI in my work entirely. I don't mean like, using it for actually writing my work. I'd never do that nor have I ever had an interest to. I mean as a tool.
Search Engines have been garbage lately due to AI as I'm sure we're all aware. It's been so hard to find decent thesauruses, the Merriam-Webster one is okay, Thesaurus dot com is kinda trash. I found this site: "Power Thesaurus", however it still gives you words that are only like, tangentially related to the words you're looking for.
Out of desperation I tried a "Thesaurus AI", and sadly that was the best I ever found. Cause you can throw whole conversations at it, like "I'm looking for a biblical word for hatred" or some shit like that I known I've done.
I SWEAR I've heard of sites that can do the same sort of shit that aren't AI. I would love if anyone knew, cause search engines aren't giving me shit but AI and sites that just aren't that great.
Any thoughts in general are great. I know some people are in the mindset of "AI isn't going away, so therefore it's either adapt to it or get more and more uncomfortable as it starts to surround us more". But being an artist I'm just in the camp of... Yeah this technology is inevitable but I want to keep my work as organic as possible, as I always have and has humanity has for the majority of the existence of art as a medium. Since caveman where fuckin painting buffalo on the cave walls.
