Last Tomodachi Life update about this fucked up love triangle and apparently Andromache;

- Turns out Odysseus had a crush on Hermes and Hector both at the same time. He was more interested in Hector judging by his stats though.

- Hermes finally gathered up the courage to confess. HECTOR CRASHED IT AND ODYSSEUS WENT WITH HIM.

- I couldn't stand seeing Hermes that sad so I did a soft reset (I saved before the confession just in case).

- I've made sure that Hermes confessed at his own home so Hector couldn't interfere.

- ODY STILL REJECTED HIM. 😭😭

- Two more resets later I tried to nudge Odysseus and Hermes closer together before the confession.

- ANDROMACHE WON'T HOP OFF MY DICK!!!!!!!!!

- HECTOR BROKE INTO HERMES' HOUSE AND SABOTAGE HIM AGAIN!!!!!

- I had to turn Hector straight to remove his UNDYING LOVE FOR ODYSSEUS. 😭

- Hermes confessed for the final time and Ody finally said yes!!

- Turned back Hector's sexuality to bi, shouldn't matter now since Odysseus is already in a relationship with Hermes. UNLESS HE TRIES SOMETHING IN THE FUTURE BUT HE BETTER NOT- HIS WIFE IS RIGHT THERE BTW.

I regret nothing, the Hermody is strong 😤 don't feel bad about Hector, he was essentially brainwashed ✌️

has anyone else noticed a recent development with OdyDio fics that have a bottom Diomedes showing up more? Not that this is bad at all, to each their own, I just find it kinda funny becuase around a year ago or so when odydio was really popular it’s was like one fic in every twenty five would follow these dynamics and now it’s like just them lol

Anywho, if any authors wants to write a top Diomedes fic I’ll virtually kiss you on the mouth because I am STARVING for some

I don’t think I’ve ever cried harder over the ending of a show

stranger things definitely had its flaws, especially in the later seasons, and the fandom can be so toxic, but this show has been such a joy, I connected with the characters over the feelings of being and outcast at moments, over having nerdy interests, at being queer, a smart kid, being someone who’s curious, being someone I afraid to be themselves,

this show was introduced to to me around 2017 - 2018 by my mom, and continued to be a big thing that I bonded with my family and friends over , even with all its flaws the duffer brothers clearly had such good intentions with the story they wanted to tell and I’m forever grateful that they where able to portray it so beautifully and with such creativity

I really hope that producers will making movies and shows that will be able to focus on the joys of being a nerd, an outcast, a weird kid, and just being yourself

It is a GUILTY pleasure of mine to head cannon Odysseus or be in his early and maybe mid forties when he gets to Ithaca, my current belief is that he was 25-27 when he got to Troy so 45-47 when he got home, I head cannon Telemachus to be about a year old when he leaves and Odysseus and Penelope have been married since they where 20 and Diomedes was 20-22 when he got to the Trojan war

I like to think our spartan girlies would go Clytemnestra, Penelope, Helen, Helen was 18 when married to Menelaus’s and 21 when kidnapped by Paris, Penelope was 21 and Clytemnestra was 23 when Helen was married Clytemnestra haveing also been married to Agamemnon at 18 and their daughter being born 1-2 years later, Agamemnon is 5 years older the Menelaus was 22 when married making Agamemnon 27 at helemene wedding and 23 at his own, that makes Agamemnon 30 and Menelaus’s 25 at the start of the Trojan war

I saw another post talking about how it’s weird that Odysseus’ Sa from calypso is not included in epic and I wanted to come and talk about myself

I also think it’s a little odd that Odysseus’s Sa is left out, at the most calypso makes sexual and comments that Odysseus is comfortable with but that’s the only thing that is actually cannon

I understand that Jorge cut out the fact that Odysseus and Circe slept together bechase that’s still heavily debated wether it’s cheating or not (I personally think it counts as assault but that’s not what I’m here to talk about) but with Calypso it is so obvious that it’s assault

I just feel like Jorge could’ve handled it differently, he’s clearly not shy to include SA due to the whole Penelope segment in “hold them down” and theirs also the whole fact that at the end of “I’m not sorry for loving you” Odysseus says that he loves calypso platonically and that’s just so weird, calypso keeps Odysseus trapped, not Zeus, Athena says that SHE kept him trapped out his control

so for Odysseus to say that he platonically likes the person who kept him captive and made sexual comments to him makes me really uncomfy, Odysseus is of course aloud to understand that she is trapped and lonely but for him to like her as a person?? I just feel like it’s a but unreasonable

anyways to wrap this up Jorge definitely could’ve handled this better and have made Odysseus’s opinion on calypso a bit more realistic

Calypso and Odysseus are both punishments for each other

I’ve been thinking about how ogygia is the example of a paradise in Greek myths, eternal summer, bountiful fruit and plants, a (supposedly) kind goddess, so why did Zeus send and trap Odysseus there? I’m pretty sure that it’s because calypso’s island is a unique punishment for him alone, Odysseus is one of the few loyal men from Greek myths who would do anything for his wife so sending him to a island where theirs a sexually and romantically deprived goddess who controls everything on said island is practically Odysseus’s own hell Odysseus could do nothing to stop Calypso, the island is her domain similar to the ocean being Poseidon’s so it’s the perfect punishment, sending a man who’s amazingly devoted to his wife to a island with a goddess who can and will force him to sleep with her but Odysseus is also a punishment for Calypso

who Calypso has been trapped on that island for decades and has been deprived of romantic interactions and then a man who is canonically attractive (due to Homer’s descriptions) finally washes up onto her island is a man who practically worships his wife (does this excuse her actions NOT AT ALL)

I think this just shows how Zeus didn’t just send odysseis to ogygia because he needed a prison and it was the only one he had at the moment, I think he planned it out
