Hey Guise! Let me explain my absence. 

Congratz! You clicked on the read more which means you rock and are awesome!

Anyway, for a long time, I tried to rp character after character, looking for something. I don't really know what. And David, this character, came close to what I was looking for.

But then...I felt my original character, the one I started with on tumblr, come back. And I was so excited. So basically, making a short story long...I have been on her for the past weeks. 

I'll give you the link for her and I'll be working on David and Lyra (the character) and all my other characters will be on a hiatus. 

Anyway, thanks for sticking around. I love you and you are the best followers I've ever had. <3 *throws love* Stay Sane~

  “Oh come on, please?” she asked, unknowingly looking at him through her eyelashes. Clara chuckled as he pulled her through the trees, her athletic skills easily getting her through. “Fine, fine, I’ll let you surprise me.”

He smiled back at Clara, tugging her through the last of the willow trees. The land opened up to a lake, crystal clear, sparkling, and perfect. David  found the lake recently, on a walk by himself. But he knew it was too beautiful to enjoy alone and he knew of no one else he would show the lake to. 

He looked back at Clara, "This is for you."

Unravel Me | Genevieve & David

  If there was one way to kill a night, it was with a movie and wonderful company.  Nestled onto the couch, Genevieve managed to rest her head on David’s shoulder for just a moment; they had only started to know one another, and he was welcoming her into his life by letting her be so close.  When he turned his head, the brunette looked towards him, grinning.  ”As am I.”  She mused, “Really, thank you David.”  Tugging the blanket closer and over her lap, Genevieve leaned into David, eyes going to the television.  Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman; the duo were impeccable.  Unknowingly enough, the brunette nestled into David’s arm, eyes taking in the movie.  Look up towards David, she grinned.  ”So, how was your day?  Or, should I stop talking and watch the movie?”

He didn't want her stop talking, the cadence of her voice was like music to his ears. In fact, he didn't want to watch the movie. David wanted... he didn't know what he wanted. The feeling of her nestling next to him felt right, comfortable. A thought occurred to the blonde, one that felt foreign and strange but right. He wanted to feel her pressed against him, taste her lips, give her everything. 

A light dusting of pink heated his cheeks suddenly. David took a breath, clasping his hands in front of him, wondering why he felt so strongly toward her in such a short time. Draping an arm around her shoulders, he looked down into her eyes, "You can do whatever you want, Genevieve. I don't care either way."

  He stopped from his jog to greet the handsome man that he had been seen walking. Mal wiped the bit of sweat from his forehead and crossed his arms over his chest. “Hey, man,” he greeted, panting. “Having a nice walk?”

"Hi." David's smile widened as he nodded his head. "Yeah. I always do, I guess." He chuckled. "Having a nice jog?"

They sat, side by side, the space between them electrified with nerves. At least for David, it felt that way. He had only just met the brunette but, he felt as if they had known each other for a lifetime. He took a breath and turned his head toward the other as the opening of Se7en flashed on the television screen. "I'm glad you accepted my invitation to come, Genevieve."

On his daily walks in the park, David came across a man. He shrugged, walking towards the other. Grinning, David ran a hand through his hair. "Hello there."

David walked through the empty city, eyes darting from broken buildings to overturned cars. He wondered just where he was and if he would be safe. The city, although deserted, gave off an eerie feeling and David almost felt as if he was being watched. "Hello!" He called. "Anyone around?"
