How to recover from holidays
Every qualified blogger has already posted about it, but I personally get back to my schedule only now. That happens sometimes. So if you didn't find anything useful welcome to my post! Simply saying: how I recovered from holidays and got back to a productive life.
I renewed my sleep schedule. *It's easy to say. But when you go to bed only at 3 am and wake up in the afternoon (or even in the evening)...* - somebody might think. Yes, it's obvious, but with the right strategy, it's easy to do as well. Feeling good is the basis of everything in this life, that's why my first advice to you is to retrieve your sleep schedule.
First of all, do not use your gadgets for at least 1 hour before sleep. For some time, I thought that my telephone doesn't affect my insomnia. However, while we're holding it, we receive an endless amount of information: messages from friends, mail subscriptions, cat videos on YouTube and Instagram, a threat of The Third World War, your ex posted photos with a new fancy. Get rid of your phone. Your eyes will thank you later.
The next step is to pay attention to the time when you fall asleep. If you now want to go to bed much earlier, you will not succeed in one day. And even in two. The solution is going to bed 10-20 minutes earlier than yesterday. Kindly reminder: an average person needs 7-8 hours of sleep. This way, your organism will rebuild for a new schedule without stress.
I eat more fruits/vegetables and nuts. Fruits will bring back lightness, and nuts will fill your brain for further hard work. But don't overeat!
With a fresh mind, I removed unnecessary occupations. Finalizing 2019 helped me a lot. I summed up the time I've spent and what I've done. After that, I set a direction for 2020 to develop in and what I am ready to sacrifice.
I divided work/study into 25-minute sets. After a few weeks of total laziness, it's hard to do what you have to. That's why I start with 25 minutes of intense work and a 5-minute rest. Little by little, I will increase that time to 60 and 20 minutes respectively. In the beginning, an app "Forest" (I'm not sponsored) and silent mode on my phone help me.
These steps helped me to recover from the holiday coma. I hope that something will come in handy for you!
