TATBILB 2 movie wasn’t bad but my favorite scene of John Ambrose McClaren showing up in a convertible in WW2 uniform wasn’t there and I. Am. Upset!!!!
Also the movie needed to be like 20 minutes longer to include so much more from the book

It’s Mother’s Day coming up, so I’m thinking of all the women in my life and all the awesome roles they play (mothers, non-mothers, and never-mothers alike).

With all of the Nickelodeon shows coming to Netflix now, the next logical step is clearly to put House of Anubis on Netflix next
Fitzwilliam Darcy’s inner struggles: 1/?
/ next
(I don’t care I’m doing this cause it makes my day)
Person: Why did you decide to be a history major?
Me, internally: Probably because National Treasure and Night at the Museum came out at the exact right time in my life growing up and it looked like the most badass and interesting job ever.
Me, externally: I just really like the subject and I was always good at it in school.

Kind of gives you chills .
Good Lord, how delicious! I wanna do that! The next time I’m in a cathedral, I’m doing it.
As she stood inside an ancient and empty church in Montefrío, Spain, Malinda Kathleen Reese belted out one of the best Christmas carols of all time-“O Come, O Come Emmanuel” and the end result was just heavenly.
I’m obsessed with this because A. Victorian Christmas Carols B. European Cathedrals C. It’s gorgeous and fuckin choristers are my favorite
whenever i need to find good character prompts i turn to whose line
[Timeless spoiler] I seriously wanted to like this ending because it’s like all I’ve wanted (minus the Garcia Flynn death). But at the same time I’m so frustrated because there were clearly so many other plot lines and ideas they wanted to explore that would’ve been amazing had the show just been given the time to do it
Yo netflix we need to have a serious talk about all these sappy rom-coms you keep releasing………………………… pls keep em coming theyre the only thing bringing me any sort of joy
Merlin fandom today on the 10th Anniversary:
I just found out that there are more of these clips of cap in homecoming and I haven’t stopped laughing since 😂
The Milt Kahl Head Swaggle (Source: Cartoon Brew)
I love it when you can pick up an animator’s quirks.
I’ve read in old interviews with Milt Khal’s fellow animators that he did the swaggle to purposefully show off. Moving the head in 3-d space is an exceptionally hard thing to do but Khal upped the level of difficulty to a place many animators wouldn’t go. Not only are they all doing the swaggle you’ll notice they are all TALKING while they are doing it. This is back in the days where you had to use a timing sheet to pace your animation and a head swaggle doesn’t work if its too slow or too fast so he had to figure out the right speed so it looked natural while the character finishes what they have to say while not interfering with the distinct mouth shapes. Not only did Khal do it without any shifting weight problems or timing issues he would often do it while moving the rest of the body. This isn’t his signature move just because he was good at it.This is his signature move because he was one of the only people skilled enough to DO IT AT ALL.
Milt Khal was a MASTER.
