I need help paying my water bill. We got home today to find that our water had been disconnected with no warning. We hadn't received any bills or late notices, and hadn't been sent anything to set up our account online to check the balance. We were able to check with the automated line and found out our balance is $971. Currently we're behind on rent and struggling to even find money for food every day. I work full time and have part time gig work, and my wife has been struggling to find work for over a year now. There's no way that we can make even a partial payment until next week when I get paid.
