And I think Damon might be able to see blurry until hes up close/ in specific lighting
I think the third photo is like an old version of a retinal scan? Cause Finn and Damon is set in the past where they don't have modern technology so their eye scan will be less high tech than what we have now (unless this is like a specific kind of photo but it does generally look like what they would show me at an optometrist of my own eye)
He walks with his hand out and looks at the portal (?) closely
Anawin is very distracted Damon didn't have to sneak up all that way, and then he also gets reallllly close to Anawin while Damon has him pinned under him
Ive already said how i think this is Damon trying to map out Anawin in his head by touch
He gets very close to look at his paint holder thing (i forgot the name sorry 😭)
We do see see him looking at these flowers which aren't directly in front his face but i think this could be the light helping him? He has a lamp directly next to him
(where ever he is does look to be well lit, i think the black all around him is meant to signify hes like in the book?)
I dont think he has this eyesight issue in the black and white world?
Maybe its the angle but he doesn't look like he is looking at Finn until his dagger is on him? And he still leans in closer
So I think Damon needs to be up close to see
This was all I could come up with right now but if anyone has anything to add please do <3
What if its the colours? Like he likes painting cause he can see the colours/shape of things clearly as he paints them :) (if he's originally from a world with no colour he probably enjoys them)
