“Pokémon Relict" is a story about a human who is summoned by a bored god, forced to ascend a tower with a team of pokémon and collect the god's artifacts in an effort to save its abode, Destiny Tower, only to be met with a devastating truth at its peak.
But what if that human was not from the pokémon world?
Join Mallie as she is unceremoniously dumped at Arceus's hooves, assigned to retrieve his Plates without so much as a "Please". She doesn't know a single thing about pokémon. Not about the creatures, not about their culture, and certainly not about their god that is currently breathing down her neck as they ascend Destiny Tower. The only thing keeping her moving forward is a single wish once her duty is complete, promised by Arceus himself.
Her wish? To die To finish what she started in her world, before she had been summoned.
But as she ascends, Mallie soon finds herself embroiled in feelings for these otherworldly "pokémon" the more time she spends with them, feelings that directly clash with the wish she holds close to her heart.
Will she see her one desire through? Or will she let herself be dragged into the world of pokémon, never to part with it ever again?
If you write 3 sentences on your work in progress and show me i will write 4 sentences on my work in progress.
Oho? Sure, I’ll bite! :)
This is from Chapter 2 of “Pokémon Relict Oneshots”, a fic I’ve been meaning to continue and just, uh, haven’t had the time to because I was focused on other fics lol

You agree, trying not to laugh as Aus immediately pins you down with an eager expression that he’s trying (and failing) to disguise. You can’t help it; you just find him so… cute. Or maybe endearing is the better word for it. It’s so obvious that he loves cooking, if he’s going through the trouble of making each meal different from the last. Baking in particular, you’ve noticed, given the fact that every meal has involved bread in one way or another.

Ok ok, I KNOW this is more than three lines, but I can’t help it!! I just had to show off the full paragraph, I hope you don’t mind 🥺

Hi!!! So this has been on my mind for a while now, and I've finally decided to take the plunge and do it:
Monthly comment exchanges!! Tumblr edition this time
This will be a "I rub my back and you rub mine" type of event, where you can post your own fics to have others comment on it, and you can comment on other fics in exchange. I know a bunch of lovely fics that can slip through the cracks because casual readers may tend to go for the high
WARNING: You may not necessarily get comments on your fic in an exchange. It is unfortunate, but it happens sometimes, me included. So don't be discouraged!! I will also do my best to comment on everyone's fics, so that everyone can at least get one comment.
This will be a semi-trial run as I've never hosted a comment exchange on Tumblr before. So some rules or formatting might change during the first few months!
TO PARTICIPATE, USE #CommentExchangeApril2026 IN YOUR POST!
Click "Keep reading" below to access the rules, warnings and template.
Rules:
Pick anything you’ve posted to share.
Make a post submitting at most one oneshot or one chapter of your fanfic.
Use #CommentExchangeApril2026 when submitting your fic to participate! Trust me, it will be a helluva lot easier to find authors participating in this exchange.
Comments are due 31st October 11:59pm Singapore time. I will send a reminder three days before the deadline to those who have not submitted at least two comments. I WILL BE CHECKING EVERYONE.
You must comment on at least one work from two different authors, each comment with a word count of 100 words or higher. But if you can leave more, the better! Please use a word counter if you're not sure how many words you've written.
You must opt in for concrit if you want it.
PLEASE NOTE
If you do not submit 2 comments (of 100 words each) by the deadline, you will have 48 hours to submit them.
If you still do not submit the reviews when the 48 hours are up, you will receive 1 strike (I will be keeping track).
On the 3rd strike, I will block you. This will prevent you from participating in future comment exchanges by me.
This makes it easier to keep track of authors who actively participate in these exchanges with goodwill and those who don’t. So please keep this in mind!

[CLOSED] Looking for artists to commission a set of simple sketches of Pokemon!
Like the title says, I'm looking for someone to commission simple sketches for five Pokemon: Mudkip, Bunnelby, Cascoon, Tarountula and Togepi! Simple line sketches, no coloring.
DISCLOSURE: These sketches will be used for a fanfic I'm writing.
I'm not sure how much this would cost in the art world, because every commissioning artist I see usually price their work around elaborate art pieces, so I'm willing to hear out prices with whichever artist is interested in this.
For further questions or clarification, please comment here or send a private message! Once I find an artist to work with, I will label this post as [CLOSED].
Chapter 5: Heading for Strawberry/Talking to A Rat
This was posted a loooong time ago. Well, not that long, but long enough! I totally forgot that I haven’t posted this chapter here, so here it is! I had a ton of fun writing this, it was a blast writing all these interactions between the fire horse and the gang (plus rat).
Chapter 4: Fitting into the gang / Hidden in plain sight
Chapter 4 is out! … About a week ago, but let’s ignore that! This one is a bit long, but it’s setting up some stuff for the future that I’m REALLY excited for (because I actually planned it out like a not-imbecile).
I hope you like it! I was a little sad that I couldn’t do what I wanted initially (write in Sean’s POV), but I might add that in a rewrite. In the meantime, enjoy more fire horse content please! 🔥 🐎
Oh look, another self-indulgent work… as a crossover!
Introducing Pokémon x Red Dead Redemption 2! Is it silly? Hell yeah. That’s the whole point!
There’s already two chapters up, it’s all about a trainer and her pokemon getting yeeted into the RDR2 world, now brace yourself for the inevitable chaos of throwing cartoon logic into a semi-realistic world.
It was a bit of a struggle to write it, but it’s finally out and I hope I didn’t brutally maul everyone’s voices while I did it! My favourite’s still Sean by far (and ironically, he also gave me the MOST trouble while writing).
MM's notes: Hello! If you're wondering what this is, it's the first of many snippets to come. The snippets are created using daily word prompts from 750 Words (primarily a word count-based website), and this is the first one I've attempted.
Most, if not all of these will be written with Arcadia for Pokemon (a Pokemon/Red Dead Redemption crossover fic) in mind.
Most of these snippets will most likely not be in the actual fic. It's just me practising hypothetical scenes while also fulfilling daily prompts, and are written with very little editing, so whatever you see here? The final fic will be better (at least, I hope so haha).
Context for this snippet: Pamela is a Pokemon trainer and Minta is her gardevoir. They are by one of the many lakes in the RDR world, doesn't matter which.
“Watch closely.”
Pamela obliged, her eyelids aching from how hard she was eyeballing the gardevoir, Minta (more commonly called Minty), crouching beside her.
The gardevoir laughed lightly, her thin arm reaching out to gently tap her chin. “Not that closely, honey. I just need you to pay close attention, alright?”
The fourteen-year-old girl huffed and relaxed her face, settling back on the heels of her feet. Pamela tucked her chin between her knees, gaze tilted up to eye her friend curiously. “You didn’t even tell me what you brought me out here for,” she pointed out, waving a hand at the enormous lake they were both crouched next to. It was a perfectly pleasant day with little wind, so the water was as still as death with not a single ripple marring its reflective surface, letting her see the fluffy clouds and ball of light mirrored on it.
Minta’s mouth curled upwards with an edge of mystery, eyes gleaming excitedly. She almost reminded Pamela of her own mother with the air of mischief she was radiating now. “Minty…” Pam said warning, pouting up at her. “You’re not gonna toss me into the water, are you?”
“Of course not!” Minta laughed, and to Pam’s relief, there wasn’t that knowingly teasing edge in her voice that would’ve indicated a prank was definitely coming her way. “Since we have a bit of time to ourselves, I thought I should show you a teeny trick I learned with my Psychic.”
The girl cocked her head like a curious lillipup. “What trick?”
Minta’s eyes brightened - literally. They were glowing that signature ethereal blue with psychic energy, and Pam could feel it prickling against her skin.
“We’re going to learn about,” Minta paused for dramatic effect, “sonoluminescence.”
“… Eh?”
“Oh, sorry, sorry! I should explain myself,” the gardevoir chuckled, flapping her flat hands in embarrassment. “Sonoluminescence is… well, it’s a bit complicated and involves a lot of physics know-how, so I’ll try to keep it simple.”
Pamela puffed out her cheeks, giving her a small glare. “I’m not a little kid, you know! You don’t need to dumb it down, I can understand it just fine!”
Minta raised an elegant brow. “If you say so~”
Even before she opened her mouth, Pamela found herself regretting that statement.
“Sonoluminescence is a phenomenon where a tiny air bubble is suspended and driven into a liquid at ultrasonic frequencies, resulting in the cavitation of the air bubble and resulting light emission. The thermal energy released from the cavitating air bubble is so big that it causes light emission.”
Minta lightly cleared her throat and beamed down at the blank expression staring back at her. “Did you get all that?”
“… Could you repeat that, please?” Pamela asked meekly, her eyes fixed on her fingers fiddling with the hem of her shirt.
Hiding a giggle behind her hand, the gardevoir agreed with a nod. “Alright, alright. I was teasing you anyway, so listen closely for real this time, okay?”
To her credit, Pamela only pouted for a moment before she quickly nodded, sidling closer to her ‘mon with a look of anticipation. “Tell me!”
Minta obliged.
“To put it into simpler terms, imagine a big bubble of water.” With a flick of her slim arm, Minta summoned a voluminous sphere of water from the lake. It bobbed and wavered, but under the firm hold of her psychic energy, it did little more than wobble like a great bowl of jelly.
… Mm, jelly…
“Pay attention, Pam,” the gardevoir chided gently, tapping Pamela on the head to grab her attention. “And please don’t try to bite it, for goodness sake.”
“I wasn’t going to,” the teen said. A bit too quickly.
“But you were thinking about it?”
“… No.”
Minta laughed lightly behind a hand, the other held out to maintain the water bubble. “Just watch, okay? I promise you’ll like it.” Pamela huffed, but cuddled closer to her side as her eyes returned to the sphere of water. “Normally, it’s best to use a sound-based move to do this but none of us can do that, so I’ll have to do this instead.”
“This” turned out to be the collation of psychic energy around the water bubble, a faint hum emanating from the blue glow like the buzz of a flygon’s wings. The bubble’s smooth surface trembled, and she could see tinier bubbles of air forming within its confines gathering in the middle to form one bubble that broke inwards.
HI I just wanted to say I’m really loving your pokemon/red dead crossover I randomly saw it in the isekai tag and subbed immediately. really interested in the full team & trainer + i like how you write Arthur a lot. Godspeed
I’m so happy to see this! I can’t wait to get the whole gang together, and I’m glad to see my depiction of Arthur isn’t bad enough to raise pitchforks 😉
I’m eager to get to the whole Van der Linde gang too, even if it means lots of scouring the internet for their dialogue and a massive honkin’ headache for me 😵💫 Still, looking forward to it! I hope you stick around to enjoy future chapters too ♥️

Chapter 1: First Fall
In which things immediately go wrong for Reader when they fall into Hell
A/N: Hello, hello! I’ll first address anyone who might be following me for DCA stuff: I’m not abandoning it, don’t worry! Chapter 6 is in the works now and will be the next thing to be posted. I’ll most likely go with an alternative posting schedule unless something unexpected happens.
Moving on, yes! This is indeed a self-indulgent reader-insert Hazbin Hotel fic (Helluva Boss will come into play somewhere down the line). I might or might not have had an idea swimming in my noggin for months ever since HH aired and it’s finally bursting out of my cranium in fanfic form 👀
This is also kinda my first time dabbling in a large fandom like HH/HB (bigger than FNAF Security Breach anyway), so hopefully I can get the canon characters written okay?
That’s all I have to say for now: new fic, wanna share it here.
I’ll post a daily update that’s not even daily at this point soon! Past few weeks have been fucking insane so I couldn’t get online much, but hopefully work will start easing up enough to let me come on more often 🥺
Thanks to anyone checking out my new fic! Leave a kudos and comment if you like it ♥️

Chapter 5: meeting the other half
In which Reader walks right into a trap, Moon tries to end this in one night, the night guard's tired of everything and the author doesn't know how injuries work
MM’s Notes: Oh gosh, it’s taken me a little longer than expected but it’s here! I had a lot of fun writing the first half and I do like how this chapter has turned out, but do take heed of the warnings in the beginning notes.
To anyone who clicked on the link and read it, thank you very much! I hope you enjoyed it, I’m honestly surprised so many people liked my silly little fic haha ♥️
This is my first time posting a DCA AU so I’m sorry if my post sounds more like disconnected rambling ahaha 🥲 But here goes!
The DCA duo in a digital horror setting.
Think KinitoPet but instead of Kinito as the mascot of a long-lost pet game, it’s Sun and Moon as the face of an old creature collection/virtual pet game created by Fazbear Corp on their old 90s company, kid-friendly website.
Think like a mix between Pokémon and Neopets, speaking as someone who played too much Pokemon and played literally zero Neopets 👍🏻
One day many years after the website has been shut down, You hear rumors about a “haunted” pet game made by the Fazbear Corp and decide to check it out, because you didn’t watch enough horror movies to know this is a terrible idea :>
The game (archived and run on a server supported by Fazbear fans, I don’t know much about tech so I dunno if this is even possible but whatever) runs like it should when you first enter it. However, it starts acting up when you input your old username…
I might start writing this as a fic once I’m further along on my current fic, so for now I’ll just be dumping my AU ideas on this blog haha
Here’s a summary and a brief snippet I wrote because the idea wouldn’t leave me alone:
Virtual pet game websites are a dime in a dozen. You might’ve tried out one or two in your childhood, but memories of that are fuzzy at best. It’s only when your classmate brings up a particular website hosted by Fazbear Corporation that you begin to remember playing it briefly during its heydays, and you decide to visit it for nostalgia’s sake.

“Welcome to Sun and Moon’s Superstar Daycare!” the computerized voice of the sunny jester character trills. He lounges on top of the window asking you to create a new account, kicking his curly-tipped shoes merrily in the air as he eagerly awaits your input. His bouncy avatar, its details showing hours of love and dedication poured into each brush stroke, paints a hilarious contrast against the shoddy art that makes up the background of the game. You don’t really care, though. It’s not like anyone plays these types of games for its art.
Your hands hover over the keyboard. After a moment’s hesitation, you try to enter your old username.
“Starbite”
Most likely the “Sorry, this username has already been taken” prompt will pop up since you clearly remember using it as a kid, but there’s no harm in trying. You click on the “Confirm” option.
Nothing happens.
Weird. Is it hanging? You click it again, and again. Nothing happens. Even Sun has frozen still. Yep, it’s definitely hanging. Pity, but it’s not too unexpected considering the game’s age. You decide to fall back on the good ol’ cure: spamming the mouse button. clickclickclickclickclickcli
his eyes flick up to stare at you
The shock shoots through your whole being like a lightning bolt. You gasp sharply, eyes fluttering close for a brief moment before they’re cast on the computer screen again.
“Welcome back, Starbite!” Sun says. He takes center stage in a field of rudimentarily drawn grass, the baby blue sky matching the bright smile stretching from “ear” to “ear”, like nothing had happened. “Go forth and pick a Faz Pet to be your forever companion, and I hope you enjoy your stay at our esteemed daycare!”
The character delivers his scripted lines like he should.
The character has his arms up in celebration like he should.
The character smiles at you like he should.
So what is this cold dread trickling down your spine…?
