"Here's the worst piece of advice I was ever given: Say yes to everything." - @vvanedwards I decided a month or so ago (before I had this book) that this would be my "Year of No." I try so hard to do everything and make everyone happy that I end up overwhelmed, stressed, and sometimes feeling taken advantage of. That's no way to live. This year I will NOT take on more than I can handle. I will say NO to things I don't want to do (that I don't HAVE to do.) It's not worth it.
