I’m really into the World of Horror game. The minute she appeared to menace my life I knew I’d love that game.
Today I did a quick sketch of mah girl Thea Hale from that monster of the week game that moog ran. Here’s some tidbits from that game I didn’t share with anyone -
Thea is half-siren and at one point uses her scream on a car with her companions in it to stop them from going anywhere. Fun fact, that was less the character naturally doing so and moreover me intervening to not totally mess up the game.
What should have happened? Thea gets left behind by her companions and loses it. She’d have gone on a campaign against her companions under the guise that they may have been the ones hiding the McGuffin we were search for. She’d have brainwashed Scout’s parents to make them forget her, getting the address from Scout’s workplace. Used her boyfriend to set the senior of the group’s home on fire and most certainly used the police against the guy (I have forgotten everyone’s names lol).
Total Banshee mode. That would have been me hijacking the game so I opted to “push” Thea instead. It also would have required the DM to play Octavian and then I’d have had to reveal the truth about that guy. No thanks.
That said, on her current path she would have 100% killed Christophe in the Underground or allowed him to die if given the chance. She was convinced that little sadist was something the world needed to be protected from and that’s where her mindset went.
As things stand she died in the Demon Underground, and Octavian would have gone to her hometown of Shoreton to find her. There they’d discover his own monster nature and the sirens would have used him as battery to fuel a resurgence for the town and the Sirens. So Thea would have completed her job, the one that really got her kicked out of the town.
A picture I did last year of my “Monster of the Week” character Thea Hale. I had kind of an emotional episode and left the game early and never posted this picture here. Hm.
Another Call for Alpha Game Testers
I had a brainstorm and was able to make a lot of headway on a SFW text game I’ve been working on (on and off). And now I’m really REALLY up at the point where I need testers.
Here is what would be required -
*A PC/Mac/Laptop with a web-browser installed capable of interpreting HTML.  (tablets and smartphones won’t work well for this) *The ability to download an HTML file via Dropbox or Google Drive *Willingness to complete 3 or more playthroughs *Ability to complete the Alpha Feedback form.
Please note me and I’ll send you for additional details.
I can’t wait to move this curious little game into the beta phase so I really do need volunteers Â
If you can’t participate please signal boost this postl! ^_^

800 years later, as I prep to work on color commissions I sped through doing this as a way of prep (and there are 2 other editions for me to work on to prep as well). So the fanart for this one is all about being a fan - of me! I've played a bit of ttrpg stuff over the last few years and so this was one that I had to do because I just loved some of the characters I've played. 1. Maple Scruff - The big-sister-type southern archer from a world based on saturday morning 80s cartoons. By the end of her adventure she ended up so intrinsically damaged that they couldn't allowed her to join the other souls. She was granted godhood as a way of ensuring she wouldn't corrupt her world on a fundamental level. My poor girl =( Â 2. Lady Malyppollel and Lord Zeffron - The first time I've drawn these two! I never got to play as either but Malyppollel is Maple's vengeful second-self after becoming immortal. Both sides develop, a good goddess and the Lady of Webs who protect reality from interlopers hailing from alternate planes of existence. Lord Zeffron, already a lonely god, becomes her mate after some time. He's the god of spiders and destiny so of course he'd be drawn to someone so keen on crafting traps. 3. Danica - from a magical girl game I played. Danica is a real downer who always sees the worst in life. For her something bad is always around the next corner. When she dies a friend makes a pact that will bring her back and of course that came with magical girlhood (It was rule in that world. Every magical girl's human form died and a pact was made to bring them back). Danica was only in the game for a short while. She actually hails from an aborted erotic story project where she tried to flee a scary town. 4. Sunny Gold - Danica's magical girl persona! She's the exact opposite of Danica and the person she always wanted to be: upbeat, cheerful, helpful, effortlessly kind. In the game we had Sunny Gold was the most magical girl-esque character as she fought monsters with her umbrella sword! 5. Zeal - Zeal is actually from Maple's world, centuries into the future. He's one the dreaded Emissaries of Zeffron, which means when he's around destiny is afoot. Does that mean the ascension of a king or the destruction of civilization? No matter what it is, the emissaries are there to ensure it comes to pass. Zeal, being an old hat at this was a mean cuss of a man who habitually yelled at others for the stupidity. He was interesting as a young man, though. With his mohawk and his gauged earlobes (he still has them) he was a cutie! 6. Phaedra - My FIRST ttrpg character! She was a cleric that followed a god she didn't trust (she called him the "Unworthy God"). She hooked up with the other members of the "disaster fam" and had a few cool adventures. It's crazy because 3 of the characters on this sheet wouldn't exist if it wasn't for her. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
My current ttRPG character for moog’s Monster of the Week game, Thea Hale. She’s a half-human/half-siren who works at Shippton’s Arcade and feeds on the despair of others. So far she’s like a shady girl-next-door who speaks in vague terms about things (imho) who wears 80′s clothes. She changed her outfit after the first day where a monster nearly killed the group and she had to wear something from senior character’s old lady closet.
That same day her need to feed went out of control and she tried to feast on one of her teammates. Then she forced an old man into despair after dominating his mind.
I love this character, while a deep part of myself doesn’t like her at all. She wears shades to conceal the fact that her eyes are larger than usual like a doll. (dead eyes, like a doll’s eyes)
A sketch for something else entirely turned into a full fledged illustration. It pushed me to finish the Reverie fanart. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
The first Reverie to walk into Diabolik Karaoke and have their wish granted by DB.
I loved the friendship between Kevi-chama and Spongebob. If Squidward-senpai hadn’t convinced Pantsu-chan to lie I think Kevi-chama never would have met such a horrible end.
Suggested Song: “Tokimeki*Riverie” by Sweet-P
Bubble Bassu-chan apologists make me sick. She betrayed all of her allies just for power and JUST because she hated Spongebob SO much. She's rich, why did she have to ALWAYS be better? Suggested Song: "Die in a Fire" by The Living Tombstone
The “Unidentified Adversary” from the Dark Gem Saga of “Hero Hours Contract” (it’s not canon, just me doing things). Cause some employers have amazing benefits - for a price.
I picture this villainess version of Namie as a haunted inversion of the original. The connections she’s made plague and corrupt her. They’re a source of unassailable strength but at what cost?
Oh, Flats-kun. Better as a fighter than an evil general. I'm not a Squidward-senpai fan but the fight between those two was epic. (It took up 2 whole chapters!!! That's nearly a DBZ level fight in shoujo terms!) Suggested Song: "Bloody Days Bloody Nights" by RZA feat. Thea Van Siejin and Prodgical Sunn
Stranguru-kun was such a compelling character. His dream, “To know the unknown” turned him into a prince who can never be alone with someone or his powers will activate and kill and he can’t stop it.
Although, I think that was to explain how he didn’t break into the Pantsu-chan/Squidward-senpai/Patricku triangle. Cause let’s be honest - he would have. Â
Suggested Song: “Sister” by Luz
The 4 Reveries in their transformed evil personas. I tried to recreate one of the marketing ads used for the manga because I liked how it gave a clue to who DB (Diabolik Boss) really was. At the time I didn't get it, but once he was revealed I knew EXACTLY who it was in the American Show.
I also find it ironic that, excluding Bassu, the numbers for each Reverie is the same order that Bassu-chan coerces, forces, or outright murders to their end. She was THE WORST.
The Big 4 of the Virgin Soul Arc. I loved the whole "Evil Generals at the Rival School" trope and I think the manga-ka used it well in the manga. Also, I know everyone says it's stolen from SM, the 4 Reveries had much more personality depth than the Witches 5 (let's be real). I drew a previous image and had promised I'd do an image from one of my favorite arcs. And with them finally announcing the the premier date for the anime version I had to finish this (from months ago) and finally post it. There will be profiles and everything. Stay tuned!
