it should be mandatory for every pc game that has absurdly high resolution graphics and monstrously large filesizes to have a "dogshit version" that you can play on any old pc cause i've had it up to here with getting excited for games only to discover that my laptop doesn't meet the minimum system requirements and i will never be able to play them. i don't care how realistically the windows reflect light. i don't need to be able to distinguish every available hair on the player character's head. i just want to play viddy game :(

I had an idea...

for a TADC AU, honestly it was originally something I thought about for Hazbin and quickly shelved it. Anyway, the idea!

TL:DR, the characters all own shops in a mall.. Caine owns a bunch of properties in this big city. Housing, stores, etc. He owns a shopping mall and it's failing. Store spaces are empty, people don't hang out there. He needs to sell off some of his apartment blocks to keep himself solvent. So he fixes two problems at once. He moves some of the tenants that were living in his apartments, to converted shops in the mall. now they can live in the mall and work there. They can never leave!

Kinger owns a toy shop. lots of boardgames and a big ol' squishy pillow fort.

Ragatha owns a coffee shop/bakery. There's lots of pictures of horses everywhere, it's very cosy.

Zooble owns an exotic pet store; reptiles and bugs and creatures. Jax is not allowed to buy the millipedes.

Right next door to the exotic pet shop, is Gangle's arts and crafts store. (or maybe zooble and gangle own the arts and crafts store together?)

Jax is the janitor. the jaxnitor. He has lots of keys and is surprisingly good at his job. some people think he was living in a secret spot in the mall before it even had some stores turned into apartments. He likes skulking around in the vents and causing trouble. (or maybe he owns a joke shop but it's never opened because he doesn't care)

Pomni just moved in, she's still trying to figure out what job she wants at the mall, she tries working at everyone else's store.

I need to draw some of this..

the reason all these things and other websites now have such stupid names is because all the real words have been taken. all the catchy ones anyway. They want their website name to be short and memorable. but zip, bonk, crap and supercheapdiscountwaresforyou have all gone. we're living in the clownpenis.fart skit.

Boy you can tell Killing Floor 3 is going to be another Payday 3. That game does not look great.

They really should have went back to the awesome grungy, grindhouse style of the first game. You know, like what most of the fanbase actually wanted? But nope, they’re doubling down on the sci-fi shit from the second game that people had already grown tired of. Great move there, Tripwire. Game looks like a poor man’s Doom.

The specimens didn't actually take over the world and were contained, and became a banal part of life, so they put them in game shows! a killing floor sequel as some shitty british game show with some smirking twat in a shiny red blazer giving a campy commentary while nutters run around big brightly coloured but absolutely filthy rubber foam and neon fortresses murdering specimens for prizes and DOSH.
