Mostly a fitness blog but also things I find funny or interesting. Been on and off tumblr for over 10 yrs. If I disappear again I'm fine but I'm probably avoiding accountability. Uses the queue
Goals:
Lose 50 lbs
Be disciplined in how to move my body more
@home: Drink more water & tea. Meal prep & order out less.
@outnbout: make better menu choices. Bring food with when possible. Drink more water. Stretch if no exercise equipment available.
Just say no to: soda, bonus carb treats, alcohol.
Try to: log food & water, log exercise, log weight loss.
