For all intents and purposes discrimination against omegas in the Marvel Universe makes no sense solely on the principle of how their power classification system (mostly used for mutants) works.

Being "omega level" in the Marvel Universe means that you are near—or sometimes straight up—god-like powerful without any upper limitation.

Therefore, omega discrimination in the MU is impossible because being "omega" is attributed with strength and power, therefore something that needs to be revered.
