Yet another redraw for the @poketcg-art event! I'm so happy I could manage to snatch up a card for Hoenn during the first checkpoint, Hoenn was my first pokémon game and Cacnea one of the very first figurines I owned <3 I've been enjoying painting digitally and using limited palettes, and making this was a real party.

I wanted to do a card that's not similar to my art style... and I've never been a watercolor guy. So I figured I'd go with Sekio's Spoink! (Who also created my favorite Snubbull art of all time)

I started collecting Spoinks this year.... I love this little thing. Rotund creature.

my redraw for the hoenn redraw event hosted by @poketcg-art!! i wanted to do an atsuko nishida, especially a card i actually owned, so im glad i got this grumpig :3

heres a printout of the card next to my real copy of it!!! this was fun to do! i usually dont do flowers or foliage so this was a nice challenge too. i think they came out alright!
