If you give a person a 4 star rating, to these companies, you are not saying “I was mostly satisfied with the service, but there’s always room for improvement”—which is what 4 stars should mean—you are voting for them to be fired.

i really really enjoyed s3 of the magnus archives, i was SO happy when melanie was finally the one to recognize not!sasha as not sasha, and just enjoyed it so much. now i've started s3 and elias is so funny. horrendous guy for sure but he's really just here to study jon and it's awesome tbh. i want good things for jon ultimately but am loving this very unhinged way he's approaching everything right now
