I put this dude up on artfight and he desperately needed a redesign so here is the frozen chicken.

Anyway here’s some basic Caelum lore if your interested:

Found in deep cryogenic sleep on board the derelict "Starseeker", Caelum's few decades asleep has caused some of his short-term memory to be lost making the events surrounding how ending up in cryo a mystery. Even without Caelum's missing memories he is an incredibly secretive and paranoid person only confiding in the Starseeker's navigator and fellow survivor Oomi. Claiming to be a former member of the "Galactic Hegemony" despite his species, the Vex, not traditionally being involved Caelum becomes distressed when he finds out the Hegemony no longer exists in the modern era and desperately searches for answers on what happened to it as well as the rest of the galaxy in the time he's been gone. Caelum possesses a great degree of military knowledge, keen strategic intellect, and extensive knowledge on other alien species despite not acting like a traditional Vex all of which hints that he may have a far more important role in the past then he lets on.
