I have a friend who’s so obsessed with hating on/ invalidating the identities of therians, microlabeles, and other queer people and mind you she’s literally queer herself😒 It’s genuinely so irritating…

(Btw I’m not saying therians are related to the lgbtq community because I don’t think they are but it’s annoying how she’s always hating on them and invalidating them, actin like they affect her in any way.)

Genuine question: Do British people find it hard to understand Americans when they’re speaking sometimes? Because as an American I struggle to understand British English sometimes due to their accent but to me we don’t really have an accent.. I’m curious

I don’t care how it happens. I don’t care if it’s cliche. I don’t care if it’s “unrealistic”. I don’t care about none of that. But next season of The Pitt I NEED Langdon to somehow find out about Santos’s self harm and talk to her about it/ confront her but not in a classic Langdon way. In a genuinely caring way. And Santos will be all defensive and stuff but later they better have an actual conversation about it and about them. The Langdon and Santos parallels are just too clear to me..

IM ACTUALLY FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW!! I was watching an edit of the scene in season 2 of The Pitt when Santos asks Joy “ Joy, wanna guess her blood alcohol?” and it was paralleled with the scene in season 1 when Langdon asks Santos the same thing and something finally clocked for me. For the life of me I couldn’t figure out why Santos repeated almost his exact words then looked at him like that in the end. No matter how many times I rewatched I just didn’t understand. But suddenly it clicked. She was showing Langdon how she remembers EVERYTHING from that day. It was a whole 10 months ago and she hasn’t forgotten. She’s showing him how much he affected her that day.

Maybe this was obvious to most viewers but wtv. But this scene now makes me dislike Langdon ever more. I don’t hate him but I definitely don’t like him for what he did to Santos, on her first day btw. It also makes me angrier the fact that people think Santos is overreacting and should get over Langdon. No! He was horrible to her and she doesn’t need to give forgiveness.

Although I don’t like Noah Wyle all that much, in my opinion he’s such a great actor!! I’m talking specifically for The Pitt. His facial expressions, his movements, the way he delivers lines it’s just perfect. It honestly makes me like Robby more. I can really understand how he’s feeling in the moment.

I also really like scenes when Robby is mad or sad because Noah beings the emotion to the scene and just hits the nail on them. The scene where he’s yelling at Langdon after he found out he stole drugs is just perfect. Also the scene where he’s on the rooftop at the end of season 1.

How it feels to genuinely enjoy the Pitt and not get caught up on every little bad thing a character has done because they’re all complex human beings and none of them are truly evil like everyone in this fandom seems to think
