what's your blog title from?
i think i explained once way back when, but essentially it's a really bad butchering of my name if you said it with a british accent and a ton of bullshit. i initially came up with the idea as a discord username when they took away the numbers at the end because it was something my irl friends joked around with me about, and then i added the 'ery' cuz ... riri? tomfoolery? something like that lol
what movie have you watched most recently? what did you think of it?
errrmmmmm .. i don't watch a lot of movies tbh. my brother watched exit 8 the other day and i sorta looked over from time to time so maybe ill count that .. i didn't watch with sound and i think i missed a couple parts so forgive me but me n him both found it relatively underwhelming. loved the kid though what a cutie
what are you looking forward to right now?
well for tomorrow, my brother said i can do his hair, so im gonna be trying some different stuff out which is fun. and in like 2 weeks im gonna see my cousins, which im excited about. they're both lowkey dumb as rocks so whatever but i really like my uncle, he's probably my favorite person on my dads side of the family and i wanna get to know him a better because the last time we met he talked about arcane with me :)) fantastic guy i love him
what's your drink of choice?
so .. water. im boring okay i legitimately enjoy eating plain crackers. but i do also really like lemonade and iced tea, and boba tea though thats really as a treat. also corn tea and barley tea i fw barley tea SO heavy
what's your hair routine like?
i have curly-ish (it depends on the day pmo) hair and when i wash it tends to take a bit. double shampoo, condition for like ages because why is it getting tangled again WHILE im brushing it hello??? and then i just the other day finally got curl cream again so i rake that through, run some gel through, and then put mousse and scrunch. then i just chuck it in a towel and let it sit on my head till it's basically dry or im going to bed, depending. it's not the greatest but im not super pressed about it and as long as its clean and not bothering me idrc how it looks cuz chances are ima tie it up later anyway
what's your favourite way to travel? is there a mode of travel you haven't done that you want to experience?
i really like car rides and trains !!! fuckin love being on a train. any kind of train im so not picky it's the greatest ever. unbeatable transportation method. idk if this is a valid mode of travel but ... pogo sticks ........ i really wanna try a pogo stick. also being in a submarine would be COOL AS HELL but after oceangate i am deeply mistrustful. maybe ms frizzles school bus.
favorite month of the year and why?
july !!!!!!!!! i love summer so much. i love knowing that everything is weeks away and that i have time and i can take my time n spend it with other people. ive got some stuff going on in the next few weeks and im VERY excited because i have had a YEAR. so glad that shit is over ong
favorite time of day and why?
like 11pm because usually by then everyone in my house is asleep and i get to have my own time, no pressure, and also it's not so late that i start to get weird in the head. also my friends across the world are up and i get to talk to them :)))
what kind of music is stuck in your head a lot lately?
2 types. ive had a lot of jessie mazin, the marías, the crane wives, crooked still type music in my mind recently (head voice <3 ) and also the hype world cup songs, specifically all the ones in french. and obviously la marseillaise
i hate laundry so that's an automatic for dishes. it's also kinda therapeutic for me sometimes and i get to be a freak about it. though a huge drawback is the ... stuff on the drain that you have to clear out after. EUGHHHHHHHH
what's something you have learned recently?
my brother taught me this undefeated tictactoe strat earlier. still lost 4 times to my dad after so maybe it's me that's the problem 💔💔 sooner or later im gonna get it though and then it's over for you all
if you could give a TED talk on anything, what would you talk about?
idk .... im not really an expert in anything and i generally lack passion for most things not about tlou. i think i could definitely pad out a runtime about the importance of music in all forms of media that include them though because i love soundtracks SO MUCH
what's a piece of advice you find yourself giving a lot?
people do not come to me for advice .. usually it's vice versa. but i think it'd probably be to just have a little faith in yourself and your abilities, you made it this far and you'll overcome whatever is standing in your way, no need to put yourself down before you've even done anything
what's a piece of advice you would give to yourself 5 years ago?
it would be to be FIRM about your boundaries. don't let people make you uncomfortable without letting them know, don't let them walk all over you and do NOT just take it. they aren't acting with your best interests at heart and nobody will stand up for you but you.
do you believe in luck and superstition? do you carry any lucky items or follow any lucky rules?
yeah definitely. i won't get into it because if i say it then ... uh .. idk it stresses me out a lot and im not risking things over an ask game. sorry i think im paranoid. but i have 2 amulets on my backpack at all times (one for luck+grades and the other for safe travels) and if i dont have them then ill fail every subject and also get hit by a car. they've kept me safe and im not going to let them go
are you musical? play any instruments or sing? would you ever perform for an audience?
totally !! ive played the viola since i was a little kid and have been in orchestras for like .. 8+ years? ive also started learning violin on my own recently, and i really wanna learn the guitar. i used to play and perform on the guzheng when i was younger too, and now i compose music sometimes. as for playing for an audience .. im very stage shy, i could NOT play solo or even in a small ensemble, but i really enjoy proper orchestras and pit orchestras and the like.
i like writing because i feel like my thoughts flow best on paper. no takebacks yknow. not a huge fan of speaking though, i stutter and fumble a lot when i talk to anything more than like 3 people that im close with. social DISASTER
what do you wish someone would ask you?
anything !! i love answering questions. but preferably about tlou, cuz it's my favorite thing to talk about ever :3 also lowkey it would be cool if someone asked me questions about the farm sequence in tlou2 specifically so i can launch into my bigass ramble headcanon mess without sounding entirely insane. though i have no face to save anyway so idk why i hold back.
