the first time he touches you, actually touches you, is months after his curse. he'd put his hand against yours, featherlight against your skin, a silent oath to never hurt you. his forehead touches yours, and he whispers into your lips. "thank you for waiting for me."
Someone have successfully deciphered what Kyklos said at the beginning of Who Killed Robin? Act II! I'll try to explain as best as I can but please do note that I'm just relaying the information.

First, I want you to see how Kyklos' lines are written in the original Japanese text. I'll also attach the English version for comparison.
Have you ever downloaded any text file in Japanese but when you opened it, they're all garbled, undecipherable text? That's most likely because the original JP text is encoded using Shift JIS and your computer couldn't read it一as most non-Japanese device do.
Kyklos' lines in Japanese are actually the result of an SJIS (old, deprecated) decoder trying to read a UTF-8 (modern) encoded string thus, it resulted in a garbled text. All you have to do is convert them back into the UTF-8 encoding and it will be readable. Here is the result, courtesy to Fujino-san:
English translation:
Guider: Oh, dear Master ......Can you hear my voice? I have brought you the Queen.
※ I translated 案内人 directly as it is but I'm not very sure if I capture the nuance right. "Guider" here is as in a navigator, an escort, the person who can guide you from one place to another.
Fujino-san had also confirmed that the displayed text on the English version is simply the result of trying to open an SJIS encoded text on a non-Japanese PC. So it's not the result of JP text → EN translation → garbled text, they're both actually encrypting the same Japanese text! Simply put:
JP → UTF-8 encoded text being opened as SJIS
EN → opening an SJIS encoded text on a computer outside Japan
Below is my personal thoughts regarding this revelation:
All this time we all thought that Kyklos is the last boss. That she is THE Big Bad and, in a way, MC's "goal". But now that we know she's basically just an escort and there's the existence of a "Master", this opened up to new possibilities. We used to wonder why would the Kyklos cursed MC in the first place and now we have a tiny bit of light to this. The Kyklos is working for someone else but... just who is this entity that the Kyklos refers to as her "Master"?
The way the shadows started clapping at MC's arrival, how the Kyklos spoke as if addressing a royalty... How is MC the "Queen"? Who (or perhaps "what") is supposed to be her subjects?
After recontextualizing the situation, I thought the cut off word is "She"一like when you capitalize the pronouns of higher/divine beings. But the cut off JP word is "シ" (shi, in Katakana) and I'm not sure if "Here stands She" is correct grammarly anyway so I think I was off base. Still, due to the capitalization in English, I'd like to think that it either stands for a name or perhaps a title.
To end this post, I'll bring up how Fujino-san pointed out that some of the compounds of the garbled text could form the word "Kusanagi" (highlighted below). It's probably just a coincidence一as Fujino-san admitted as well一but it's still quite an astonishing coincidence if true. Just as astonishing as how the date when MC were cursed is also the night of a new moon.

"The moon is beautiful" - a famous indirect way of telling someone "I love you" in Japanese when you're too shy (something something about suki=like / tsuki=moon)
The Moon is a mirror which reflects the sun. And the water in the card is yet again a mere reflection of the moon. That's why it symbolises illusions and complexity.
I was like "nah it's probably not Shion's main tarot, but it at least makes sense in his relationship with Haru" - and then it turns out that's kinda the point? Shion might have built too much of who he is and who he wanted to be in relation to Haru. So now that they're ("supposed" to be) separated he might be a little lost and still chasing remnants? Even the Heebie Jeebie house is something Haru named and they might've worked on together.
Shion has a lot of traits and habits that are easy to trace to whom he must have picked them up from. Haru seems to hold the stance that Shion could not have thought of the plan to desert himself, but would go along with it, even with Darkwick trying to make the story that he did. He reflects and mimicks and when it's someone he cares about and let's them close, it sticks for good.
That's why so many of my theories are like "where did he learn this from?" And "what does he really mean by that?" Complexity. Layers. Speaking in opposites.
The many faces of the Moon
This could just be about Shion's mood swings but my favorite interpretation might be about how he seems to change the way he talks to you depending on who exactly is listening.

When you are in the hallway surrounded by strangers he tries to pretend like he's not there just to stalk you- I mean escort his dear wife.
Mio is allowed to know he wants you as family, cuz,he is family, and Shion seems to go to him for some advice but it's actually quite possible Shion is careful not to specify "wife" not even around him
When they were at first together with all of dionysia, Jo seems to have gotten the impression it's just Shion being a simp for someone's misfortune again. And he is! But he also turned down exchanging wickchats and then somehow added himself later anyways (probably stole her phone again and gave it back without her even noticing). All very roundabout just to feign a little disinterest in front of people.
"Should I cut out your tongue?"
Now I'm not saying he wouldn't or that Elias isn't oportunistic or whatever- BUT Shion immediately wanted to kill jin for holding her hand and hearing him say "wife" (my working theory) and Elias might have caught the tail end of that "my wife" thing when he's not supposed to, but Shion can't kill him cuz they need him.
So I think these two were both gauging the other's reaction in a weird way. I think they both have a way of caring in which they will make it look like they don't. Like sure Elias's thing is that he comes off as caring at first but he's actually a con artist, but that's not the same as letting people know he might actually have a real soft spot for you for real.
So Elias says she's "useful" as if letting Shion know "naw don't worry. You can have dibs on her. I don't care as long as she's useful!"
Shion's reputation is pretty clear cut: he is scary, unhinged, he scares people on purpose and feels no remorse, he threatens to cut heads and tongues etc.
So Shion threatens to cut out your tongue as if trying to tell Elias "ITS NOT LIKE I WOULD HESITATE TO CUT MY OWN WIFE'S TONGUE SO DONT GET THE WRONG IDEA I'M NOT SOFT ON HER OR ANYTHING" but I think Elias might see through that too and just responded like he didn't, for everyone's sake. Well. Shion still did break Haru's arm! I can't really bring myself to consider maybe it was an accident cuz even I have limits to my blantant apologia. (But??? In a way it's the only thing that would make sense why Haru doesn't seem furious at Shion for this……nah. I'm probably imagining things again….*insert reversedqueen of cups*) If Elias does take it just the layer of "even if he calls you wife he won't hesitate to fuck you up if you go out of line" then… I think I would go to Haru to try to find out for sure. They might know each other best afterall…
Oh and speaking of, he might have gotten even more "private" about such things after he fell through with Haru, who was very openly his Show Partner.
DO YOU KNOW how many stories about the moon being a jealous murderous wife to the sun there are out there???? It depends where on the world you go, whether the sun and the moon are husband and wife or siblings (Apollo and Artemis). in Japan the moon has a male attribute and the sun a feminine one while in the west it's switched. Frankly it does just sound fitting for Shion's idea of family that their relationship would be weird and impossible to describe in normal terms.

I do daily for my friend, and I saw Ren at the fishing pond, so I asked her why she placed him there because my friend usually sets everything to her oshi, RomiRomi. Seeing one spot with a different character was really odd.
