Haku’s Struggle

I’ve been listening to a lot of melancholic music lately, and somehow it reminded me of Haku.

He always seems so chill and happy, taking things as they come and dealing with whatever gets thrown at him. But what happens behind closed doors, alone in his room?

I imagined him seeing MC almost every day. He jokes, flirts, acts like it’s nothing serious, but he never admits how much he actually likes her. So after a mission together, he slumps down in his chair, unable to stop thinking about her.

It was a “quick” drawing, so I didn’t pay too much attention to whether I got all the details right. and I’m still having issues with hands, perspective and proportions. Also, nothing here is canon… just my head-cinema. (⸝⸝๑﹏๑⸝⸝)
