this being the second time will has to carry norah into the hospital during one of their investigations :( the second time she wakes up disoriented, surrounded by beeping machines

them starting to talk about not splitting up anymore and staying with norah in the hospital....... they're learning <3 and then they immediately split up again and send lui and isaac to the store lol but the thought was there

i didn't expect dr. guerrero but it's suuuuch a good choice i love that
it's so interesting how there are other dead people popping up..... like mr. brooks was obviously partially in mr. abrahams' control, probably brought back intentionally, but the others we've seen seem. completely unrelated. i think later in the episode they bring up that maybe he left some kind of gateway open and now all sorts of dead people are coming back which i think is an interesting and likely idea

the way the rabbit was eating out of the palm of norah's hand, the way it trusted her. it thrashed like she did in the forest, until they both went still
"maybe it'll be... cool" the way lui tries to rationalize it even while recognizing that's what he's doing and that it still feels wrong.. so obsessed with this choice from grizzly. in general i love lui's reaction to this ritual and how working so closely with magic is obviously changing his relationship to the occult and to power and will continue to effect him in the long run (even besides the physical effects we see at the end of the episode). grizzly the player you are
also i loveeeee the way milo plays norah all the time forever but especially this episode and ESPECIALLY these scenes omg. her physical acting is so good and norah's choices here are so interesting.. she has to do this, she has to be there. she has to help.

the different ways the dark young tries to temp them to look are so interesting.. preying on lui's pride and curiosity, norah and isaac's desire to find and help their missing loved ones, william's closeness with and desire to stick by his friends
the way lui pauses the whole ritual to redraw a symbol lolll
isaac saying he's more confident after hearing his dad apologize because that would never happen in real life

what a bittersweet ending compared to the last season. which feels very in line with the rest of the tone but geeeez
ok i feel like an extra sherlock episode conspiracy theorist saying this........ but maybe there will be a little bit more idk. a little epilogue or smthing. i mostly say that bc of the way bizly says "that's where we'll end for tonight". like what are yall filming tomorrow
