Life was never ment to be simple. Yet I walk on. Things were never meant to stay the same. Yet I walk on. Who are you to say me, me? That it is selfish to put ones self before others and paint over our past. Yet I walk on. Because I don't need you anymore.
It's that time again. #earlymorning #coffee #messyhair #laptop but on the upside, its #friday 🥳🎉🎊🤘
Happy world book day
Just watched #PowerRangersOnceAlways a nostalgic ride to the 90s. To that time, morphin time! ⚡
Found this in a library box.
Been to see #dungeonsanddragons#honoramongthieves Not only is it better than the 2000 attempt, but possibly the best #fantasy movie in the last ten years.
If you play anything #dnd then you are in #heaven with this movie.
If you don't play dnd but #love fantasy #books and #movies then you will have fun with this movie.
Have fun in the movies and roll your d20

Like many fans of James Bond, I too was introduced to the character back in the 1990s when Pierce Brosnan took on the role. And much like other Bond fans, I didn't know the movies were based on books until a family member gave me their old paperback copies from the 1960s. I started reading them at once. I am sure you are not surprised that I rise my eyebrows once or twice during the reading, due to the sensitive nature of the text. Don't get me wrong, I love the books, as much as I love Lord of the Lords, Conan the barbarian and Call of Cthulhu. But that does not mean we should shut our eyes tight and ignore the fact that books were written at a time when terms and attitudes which might be considered offensive by modern readers. That is a lot of books but think of it as human progress. We have come a long way since the 1950s and 1960s.
Even though some text is going to be removed from the new editions set to be published in April; that should not stop new readers from picking them up.
Of course, the ant-right will have a field day with this as they always have. But they are not won't my time anytime. or yours.
Goldeneye and it's overstayed welcome.
On the 23rd of August 1997, a movie tie-in game was released for gamers in Japan followed by North America and Europe. That movie tie-in was Goldeneye n64 and it chanced first-person shooters on consoles forever.
No doubt, without Goldeneye, there would be no Halo or Timeplitters. Goldeneye's impact reaches the likes of Call of Duty and yet the 1997 n64 had overstayed its welcome. Overstaying its welcome as far as the other James Bond tie-in games are concerned.
Instead of developing a good James Bond that really made you feel like the man himself, in an immersive sim game or a stealth action game. Instead, years had been wasted on developing a poor man's version of Rares Goldeneye.
Don't get me wrong, I love Goldeneye n64 as much as any Bond fan. But I know if a new Bond game needs to be good, it can't be a First-person shooter. Otherwise, it will be a James Bond clone of Battle Royale.
I am not going in the nostalgia loob like some donkey who thinks everything from the 90s is still great. Yeah, go try playing Tomb Rider and Resident Evil on the PS1. See how that goes. You will see why most people would want to play the remakes instead.
As a Bond fan myself, I always find Metal Gear Solid and No One lives forever to be better games. I just don't like the idea of Bond killing much like Postal dude.
Who needs to go out to a bloody pup when you got your best friend with you.
A book never lets you down, A book never disappoints you and never leaves you in the cold.
Of course I bloody hate this town anyway, full of uncultured drunks and isolation cave men.
I just want to escape and find myself in another world.
