This verse does not refer to King Arthur, but to the Wizard Merlin, to Statesmen of both Republics and Monarchies! To the various Men and Women who deal with Power! To the various Machiavellis (in a good sense) of Public Affairs! And there is no doubt that Henry Kissinger was! The world loses a giant of history and power, an ambitious man, but a man at the service of the State and his country!
