I actually do plan to make more artwork for it, when I am more free. In an ideal world, I would release a free “2.0 update”, with additional art and writings, possibly comics or more animations of the world, and how a theoretical video game would look.
I don’t know how realistic that is though, considering how busy my schedule is until July. But I do plan to, at the very least, draw a bit more here and there when I am able to :)

Why do you have to specify that Undead Outlaws will never be a real game? Is that for copyright or just so people dont pester you to make it when you cant or dont want to

Hello, and thank you for your question! This post may be long, so I apologize in advance, and hope you can save it for later if this isn't something that can be read all in one sitting.
I am fairly new to this myself, so I also am happy to take advice from anyone who may come across this. Here are a few things I have learned along the way:
Find a cause you are passionate about and a reliable charity
Start small, every little bit helps
Organize, Organize, organize!
Try before you organize
1. Find a cause you are passionate about, as well as a reliable charity
The title for this is pretty self explanatory - find a cause for something you believe in. This can be a variety of things, like fighting childhood hunger, war/gen0cide aid, or helping marginalized groups. See the communities and world around you, and ask where you can lend a hand. Do plenty of research. This is super important! You should know exactly where the money you raise is going! The best tip I've learned is digging deep into charities' websites, some green flag's that I've found are seeing if you are able to find a year-by-year PDF of the charities' various yearly accomplishments, photos of the different events they host, and records of their history. Going local is also great! If this is a small operation (which i do advise you do at first, read part 2 for more,) that you and a friend are planning to do, consider raising the money for a local charity, like a food pantry or wellness center.
2. Start small, every little bit helps
Start small! I know how easy it is to get in WAY over your head, thinking a grander zine will mean more money for the cause, but please believe me when I say you gotta start small! $50 raised between one or two people making a zine is still $50 more than a charity would have gotten if you didn't do the zine because you got too ambitious.
If you are doing a fandom related charity zine, Start with 5-10 artist slots, a few mods to help, and go from there!
3. Organize, Organize, Organize!
If you want to run any sort of long term project like this, you GOTTA stay organized. If you are organizing a zine, nobody is going to be there to tell you what you have to do and at what time you have to do it but yourself. This means making a schedule with date deadlines for check-ins, sending reminders to your artist, making promotional material, making sure your artist are sending in their work, and actually putting the zine itself together, not to mention additional creative things you may need to do like special addition works.
The best way that I've found that works for me is setting reminders on my phone's calendar, and setting physical reminders in front of you like sticky notes.
4. Try before you organize
Last part, I promise! Thanks for sticking with me so far.
If this sounds like a lot... it is! But don't give up the idea yet. If you are on the fence, try participating in a zine!
Search around your favorite social medias for zines that have their applications open for artist or writers, and see if you can land yourself a spot! It's a really amazing experience, and it will dip your toes into the zine-making waters without having to organize the entire thing yourself. And if you find out it isn't for you - that's also okay! At least you tried, and you have the experience under your belt.
