On the first note, I’ve come to apologize for the sudden termination of my blog. I’m so sorry. This was happening within the past week and I have been attempting to contact Tumblr staff on it,

I’ve noticed a lot of my old posts were by definition against policy, Dailymotion video links and some streaming sites was triggering the system even when they’re saved in my drafts.

This email is of my first offense.

*note: don’t ever save any movie links in your drafts and scrub through your old posts for links to streaming sites*

I started leafy-socrates as an art and personal blog from 2011. It has seen the rise of Homestuck and the fall of Vine, and i plan on continuing this nonsense- with frugality.

To the staff, I would like to know what exactly caused my termination, so I can improve in this blog.

I’ve managed to get my account back. Now I’ll have to scrub through the blog for any links to movies I might have reblogged in my early days. I’ll be in this side-blog to backup my art, references and saved tutorials. What my blog was generally going to be like without the fandom clutter

The animation will use primarily these four animation styles. Meant to emulate a tv changing channels, depending on the flashback.

The Character is a dimensional traveler that has to come to terms with all his past mistakes as he currently searches for some peace in his new home. He is accompanied with flashbacks of his former selves with dark manifestations of his previous love ones. His body is thrown in every direction as he unconsciously reenacts his mistakes, pausing only when he is pushed into the portal that would take him to the next dimension. He slowly but safely faces his mistakes through reverie rather than reenactment, with the dark manifestation showing him a way out of the portal. He ends up in his original dimension, his swaddled baby form introduced to him. He has a choice as to either kill his younger self, ending all his past mistakes, or to raise himself to prevent those mistakes from happening.

An update from my previous version, in my Spring2018 semester I’ve managed to add some rough animation and cleaner still images. Now using TVPaint with Adobe Premier and Photoshop Elements I’ve been able to add in-betweens for my rough animation. The plot is finalized and I will be placing finalized updates on this blog, while putting my rough drafts into my other tumblr.

this was posted in my youtube channel and I plan on finishing it, the whole song is 5:11 minutes. And I have the general idea in my head. It’s for my oc, and his whole character arc. I may still tweek it, but this video once completed would show a solid conclusion.

From my Spring Semester, my class was assigned to research and make art based on the tribe we were assigned to. I had taken the Patawomeck tribe in Virginia. And through further research, I had realized the they weren’t lone members, but were under the Powhatan Confederacy. They fought each other, but all in all they were held together by trade economics. With trade comes, communication, with communication comes language.

These pieces are made under the pretense of language, thus the numerous symbols decorating the scene. Yet what I unconsciously done with each of these pieces was evoke a more naturalistic lighting and caricature for these figures.

The figures above represent the tribes under the Confederacy, and some from the Delaware region such as the Nanticoke. I’ve used google references for the clothing style, and hope that I did them justice.

((I hadn’t had a reason to post these, until the Dakota Pipeline protest. I didn’t do much but reblog the news and petitions. And even after signing them, I still felt like I didn’t do much after seeing this.

This unfairness unto the people that helped Americans survive and adapt unto their land. Teaching us their language, and thus teaching them ours.))

My last piece shows not only a pure native language for the tribe, but an amalgamate of linguistic interactions in the past.
