Baby Brendon Urie
All Your Little Things | The Pettigrew-Alesis
Peter rolled his eyes and decided to walk over to the fridge to see what else they needed. “We need milk and…not oranges…grapes…and I think bread,” he said, making a list in his head, sure he’d forget to write it down.
"Rien," Emily said and looked up at him. She held out her little piece of bacon to him to see if he’d eat it.
Cyprien smiled and watched his husband fuss, taking a few minutes to appreciate how very lucky he was. He looked down when their daughter spoke and smiled at her. "Yes, my love?" He then noted the bacon and leaned in to take a little bite, then smiling widely at her. "Mm!"

Peter raised his brows at that smile and that comment. “Oi, not in front of the baby,” he warned, as he usually did. Not like she would understand what they were saying, but it was better to be safe than sorry. “We could, yeah. Depending on whether or not she’ll take a nap beforehand.”
Emily was indeed not listening to anything they were saying. She picked up the little piece of bacon and turned it over in her hands. She’d seen it eaten before, but it did not look too fun.
Cyprien laughed softly at his admonishment. "You cutie, you." He gave Emily a few more kisses and had some more bacon, hoping she liked it but not minding either way. If there was one thing he set as a priority in the raising of Emily, it was making sure she knew that dissenting opinions were always perfectly acceptable and encouraged.

"No," Emily said and nodded her head. She looked up and reached for her cinnamon bun, careful not to get in the way of Rien’s knife, as she had been told many times before.
Peter shook his head and stroked his fingers through Emily’s hair. “No, I was eating while cooking. We need to get more bananas. I finished them off before she woke up.”
"Mm... May we never be short of bananas, pretty boy," Cyprien teased, giving him that smile, the one that got him pleasantly in trouble. He kissed Emily's head and had a bite of bacon, putting a bit on her plate to try as well. "Want to go shopping today?"

Tying shoes, that’s it. My shoe-tying best friend, Cyprien Alesi.
Can’t wait to see everyone, and talk to you some more, love.
That's awesome. Promise me you'll ensure that goes on my tombstone. Cyprien "Shoe-Tying Best Friend" Alesi. But yeah, see you soon.

"Rolls," Emily said firmly, looking over at Daddy and taking a seat in Cyprien’s lap. She bounced once before settling down, placing both hands in front of her on the table.
Peter waved his wand to send plates flying out of the cabinet and in front of them. Next came the cinnamon rolls, two for Cyprien and one for his Emily, planning on cutting it in half. Finally, bacon was sent flying onto Cyprien’s plate. Peter took the seat next to them and smiled, loving to take care of them. “Is Emily going in her chair?” he asked.
Cyprien beamed over at Peter, knowing full well that he liked to do these kinds of things for them. Cyprien had other ways of showing his appreciation. Ways that were not early in the morning after long practices. "No, she's fine here. Not unless she wants to." Not needing to discuss it, he cut Emily's roll in half and smiled. "Get any for yourself, beautiful?"

Well, Paulie is Peter’s cat. I’m still not sure whether or not he likes me, honestly. I guess so. But figure out your own shoes, sweetheart! -but ties them anyways, if they’re together, i’m never sure where the hell a gifchat is taking place- So maybe tomorrow afternoon?
Tomorrow afternoon sounds lovely. I’m sure Newton will be pleased to meet Paulie- I think I’m calling him Newton, that is. And thanks for the shoe-tying. I can always count on you, Alesi. -grins-
Oh, Newton's a good name. They can be friends, that'll be nice. And any time, Septima Vector. It's what I'm here for.

Emily was always so excited for kisses, they were her favorite things to do. They made everyone so happy, so she liked to give them whenever she found the chance. So, naturally, she leaned in a gave Rien a big kiss, then leaned back and clapped fast.
Peter grinned so wide at them. He turned around and bent to open up the oven. He carefully eased out the cinnamon rolls and placed them on the stovetop to cool. “Almost ready, sweethearts!”
Cyprien laughed happily at her excitement, loving to please her. It was just an added bonus that her affection brightened every bit of his heart and soul. He turned a bright smile over to Peter and nodded. "Thank you, thank you, Daddy, love. They're going to be so delicious, aren't they, Emily?"
All Your Little Things | The Pettigrew-Alesis
Peter couldn’t help but to beam as he searched through their freezer. “Aha!” he said loudly as he pulled the bacon from its ice, waving his wand to set a pan onto the stovetop. He placed the bacon on it and waited for everything to be done, turning to look at his two favorites.
Emily stood up on Rien’s knees, reaching up to play with his hair. “Soft,” she said, smiling wide. “Soft. Roll.”
Cyprien laughed and held her securely where she was, unable to stop smiling at how cute she was. "Is it soft, honey? It's messy now, I messed it up," he explained, so smiley and content. He then leaned forward a bit and puckered his lips for her.

Is Paulie… your cat?
Man, I am ready for this tea-date. All that’s left is my shoes. Help me. Laces are hard. And I can’t wait.
Well, Paulie is Peter's cat. I'm still not sure whether or not he likes me, honestly. I guess so. But figure out your own shoes, sweetheart! -but ties them anyways, if they're together, i'm never sure where the hell a gifchat is taking place- So maybe tomorrow afternoon?

Emily bopped in his arms. “Roll. Roll, roll,” she repeated, not yet quite able to form complete sentences. But words were good, her daddies always let her know that. So she said everything that she possibly could ever.
Peter smiled and took Cyprien’s hand, leading him into the kitchen. “They do smell good, don’t they?” he asked, before going over to the stovetop and pouring his husband a cup of tea. He passed it over to him and refilled Emily’s sippy cup. “Anything else with the cinnamon rolls? I can make eggs or bacon…”
"Oh, such good words, Emily! Roll, roll, roll, roll, roll!" Cyprien gushed, giving her additional kisses as Peter led him along. Never too many kisses for his precious girl. He beamed at Peter and kissed his cheek, taking the mug and his seat, letting Emily sit in his lap for now. "Could I have some bacon, please, love?" he asked, giving their daughter some nuzzles into her soft hair. She was the best, and Peter was the best, and everything was the best. This was his best, by far.
All Your Little Things | The Pettigrew-Alesis
Emily giggled loudly, keeping both hands on her Rien at all costs. “Rien!” she yelled again. “Daddy, Rien!” she shouted, just in case Daddy had not heard him walk in, or her yelling the previous few times.
Peter turned down the oven so his cinnamon rolls wouldn’t burn before making his way over to his two favorite people. “Hello, loves!” he beamed, hurrying over to kiss both of them, letting his husband’s linger. “We’re having cinnamon rolls. They’re in the oven. Is that fine with you? Or else I could make you something else.”
Cyprien was happier than he would ever have thought it possible to be. And it was all the more remarkable because he was this happy at home. In his home. It really felt like a home, too, with his husband and his Emily. He gave Emily some extra kisses, beaming widely through Peter’s. “No, that sounds absolutely splendid. Doesn’t it, Emily? Are you so excited for cinnamon rolls? They smell so gooood!”

Oi! Alright, alright, come over then. Come see Emily. And bring the kitty.
Sounds like a plan. Hey, maybe you could invite Beatrix? It’s been so long since we’ve seen one another all together.
I think it would be so nice. Babies and sisters and kittens and whatnot.
Oh yeah! Sure! I'm sure she'd like that! And Alessa likes to visit Emily all the time, that'd be fun! Wonder what Paulie'll think of your kitty.
All Your Little Things | The Pettigrew-Alesis
Peter and Emily both perked at the sound of the door opening. Peter beamed over at his baby, smile growing as he saw how happy that she was. “Did you hear that?” he asked her, walking over to let her out of her high chair. “Who’s that, do you think?”
Emily bolted once her feet touched the ground. “Rien!” she yelled, making her way quickly over to him. She knew he would be there in the morning, as he usually was right before breakfast, but she was just as excited as she was every other day. “Rien, Rien, Rien!” she repeated, holding her arms up for him eagerly.
Cyprien couldn't have kept himself from beaming if his life had depended on it. "Emily! My sweet, sweet Emily!" he exclaimed, scooping her up into his arm to kiss and snuggle her. "My Emily, love! I missed you, sweetheart! Did you have a good breakfast? Did you have such a wonderful sleep?" Cyprien smiled and bounced around with her, very happily obsessed with his darling daughter.
All Your Little Things | The Pettigrew-Alesis
Emily Pettigrew-Alesi was one happy girl. She had two daddies, and that was just about the best thing that she could ever think of. She loved them both with her entire heart, as they were her whole world through and through. And today, they had all planned a very fun day, starting with a full breakfast.
Emily sat up in her high chair, having failed previously to sit merely in a booster seat, seeing as she was merely fourteen months old. She looked around, watching Daddy bustle around the oven, waiting for Rien to show up. She took a sip of the milk that Daddy had put in a convenient sipper cup before looking around some more, kicking her legs around.
Cyprien's coach had been trying to get them to practice at times that would be inhumane in any other context. No one should have to start work at one am and be off at seven or eight, but their coach liked to have them try the challenge of minimal sleep and dew on the ground. Rather silly, honestly, although upon consideration somewhat sensible when you thought of how long a professional game could last. Although he was tired, Cyprien was also very excited to get home, and hurried there without delay. His Emily and his Peter were waiting, and she was bound to be awake by now. As soon as he was able, Cyprien Apparated home and let himself in the front door, removing his shoes and coat before stepping inside.

Oh, brilliant! Is it me? Or someone new? -oh em gee a romantic interest for tima tell me all the shit- Also if you got a cat and didn’t tell me you are not invited over for tea.
You were already one, you dolt.
Anyways, it is someone new. Someone up at the school. I’ll tell you at tea…. if you re-invite me.
The cat is a very new addition anyways, I found it wandering about.Very cute, so I let it in when it came home with me.
