hello! you can call me chan/CJ (or any nickname you can come up with) ⏤ they/them pronouns ⏤ i'm back from my couple month long hiatus and ready to get back into the community! if you're wondering where all my posts went, i cleaned up my blog so i could start fresh without having to leave.

ABOUT

i'm a queer, trans, neurodivergent, disabled, and i love making characters and stories reflect that. i dabble in short stories and poetry, currently writing my small town horror short story collection called: "there's nothing keeping me here," about grief and loss.

favorite tropes: found family, slow burn, enemies to lovers.

favorite genres: i'll read just about anything, but my favorite to read are between fantasy and sci-fi. in terms of writing, my favorite genres are also fantasy and sci-fi, but i also enjoy horror and contemporary fiction.

a piece of writing advice: don't get too disheartened if you don't seem to be making progress as fast as other writers. writing takes time, and you got this!
