Knowing of affection is hard. Because even though i wish i could, I’m unable to imagine or remember a face when I’m not right in front of them. I can’t remember their hair, their eyes, their face. Even if i make an effort. I can only remember if i make a major effort. I spent weeks remembered that they had freckles. I want to be near, to see, because it’s the only way for me to not lose their face.

The fact that my inability to remember traits, and only being able to recognise people when i see them started all in proper after i started having migraines (at like 10-12) makes me sad. It feels like I’m without a part of memory that others have. I can’t describe the faces of my parents, because i don’t remember them if I’m not looking them in the eyes.

Then again. This may just be normal. Who knows.
