So I learned about Trashion Alley last week, and I am so so mad that it never got released! I've always had a soft spot for mice and rats, ever since I was a kid. So, I decided to draw myself as a Trashion Alley girl! Undershirt is meant to be from fruit netting, the skirt is a garbage bag, and the tail decor is someone's discarded ear cuff and ribbon. Rattino ragazza! 🐁

Sooo I am kind of obsessed with Trashion Alley so I needed to make some characters with some trash outfits! I gathered a bunch of inspo and one of my faves was this potato sack dress from Dolce & Gabbana spring 2013 rtw and then it reminded me of this one photoshoot Marilyn Monroe did in a potato sack so it just made sense to make her a reference to this iconic look!

The shoes Marilyn is wearing really reminded me of those orange potato and onion bags with the plastic strings (I hope someone knows what I’m talking about??) so I thought they make perfect sense to be the laces of her shoes. The base is made from cork which is something seen with sandals and also is a material that a fashionable rat girl would be able to find and reuse.

I don’t have a name for her yet…any ideas?

oh ye i keep forgetting to post my trashion alley art

this is like what if they got far enough in the production process to get physical accessories and official art the dolls i used as reference didnt seem like whoever designed them got a chance to finish them so i added some stuff i thought would be fitting (messed up on the lace dress because i forgot there were more reference photos in different angles of it so i couldnt see its actual shape well enough but i like what i did so its whatever)
