my name is celestine, a corporate slave by day, student by night, and also an illustrator whenever time permits :) i also happen to be a BL fan!

some head plane studies i did a little while ago (followed Marco Bucci's head tutorial which can be found here), currently in the process of learning the different components of the head.

learning progress has been a little slow because i'm simultaneously prepping for the new school semester, but still trying to have fun with them!

hair studies i did for practice! watched @samdoesarts' pattern hair tutorial and focused more on establishing shapes and form but didn't spend too much time on this study overall so i definitely could have made it look better

saw the photo joss posted of gawin and i just HAD to paint it! although i do feel like i didn't do a very good job capturing his likeness and expression this time round but i had loads of fun rendering!

the cycle goes like this:

1. i see something pretty and i wanna do a study/painting

2. i start the painting

3. i get inspired by something else before i complete it

4. i start painting that other thing

5. step 1 to 4 repeats infinitely
