I love Josh’s anti-classism so much. I grew up in a single parent household that didn’t have time/the ability to cook. I taught myself as an adult and ended up loving it. I cook with this stuff a lot. Shit, the RealLemon juice ends up in a lot of my cocktails. This is really really scary, but it helps to remember that there's only so much they can directly do.

The thing that is going to turn this around is by CIS PEOPLE being LOUD and OBNOXIOUS about this as much as possible. Your trans friends are expecting you to fight for them, and your silence is a betrayal.

Remember that normal people are completely unbothered by trans people, and it's only the nazi nutjobs who think like this. The problem is that the nazi nutjobs are VERY loud and VERY angry about problems that they made up to distract you from the problems that they created.

You need to be just as loud and angry about it! Do not stop shouting that trans rights are human rights! Do not give them an inch, even for things that might seem insignificant like sports or public bathrooms or healthcare for teens.
