Non-Attachment: The sky does not fight a thunderstorm, nor does it try to hold onto a beautiful sunset; it simply allows them to appear and disappear.

How to Apply This to Daily Life

Observe by without judging: When a difficult emotion arises (like anger), view it as a passing storm cloud rather than "who you are."

Create mental space: Recognize that you do not have to react to every thought that passes through your awareness.

Rest in awareness: Shift your identity from the chaotic "weather" of your life to the steady, undamaged "sky" that contains it.

In the alchemical dance of existence, nothing new can be born until something old has been unmade. Solve et Coagula — dissolve and bind — is not just a cryptic phrase from forgotten grimoires. It is a spiritual law encoded in the bones of nature, the breath of psyche, and the rhythm of becoming.

Two primordial forces move through all creation. They appear in many guises: fire and water, expansion and contraction, motion and stillness, the yearning to rise and the need to return. These are not enemies, but twins born of the same womb — polarities in constant conversation.

In Alchemy, this dynamic is expressed through three principles:

Mercury, the volatile spirit

Sulfur, the animating fire

Salt, the sacred body that binds them

Salt is not just the third element — it is the marriage of opposites, the point where duality meets its own dissolution. It is where soul crystallizes into form, and formlessness reclaims what was rigid.

To dissolve is to break apart what has become too fixed — not only in matter but in thought, identity, and attachment. To coagulate is to reforge what is essential into something stronger, truer, more aligned.

This process is never just symbolic. It happens in our lives:

When love shatters us open and we learn how to love differently.

When structures collapse and we are forced to rebuild from our essence.

When the body breaks down, and something deeper wakes within us.

We are not here to cling to what is, nor to chase constant novelty. We are here to die many small deaths and be reborn through them — not as better versions of ourselves, but as truer ones.

Alchemy teaches us that spirit is not separate from matter. Just as the outer world changes, so does the inner. And just as the psyche shifts, so too does the flesh, the home, the work we create.

To live by Solve et Coagula is to accept that life is a sacred crucible. That we will be burned, melted, softened — not to be erased, but to be re-formed.

So let the old break. Let the false dissolve. Let the truth settle like sediment into the base of your being.

And then — begin again, with gold in your marrow.

METATRON is the only angel within the celestial spheres that was in a human time. He was known as Enoch, and he is the seventh Patriarch after Adam. It is written that he "walked with God" and was snatched up to Heaven, where he was made an Archangel. It is speculated in the Jewish scriptures that he is Shekinah, the angel who led the children of Israel out of the wilderness. It is also thought that it was Metatron who stopped Abraham, preventing him from sacrificing his Son Isaac to God. Metatron is also known as the first and last of the archangels, and receives various denominations such as Chancellor of Heaven, Angel of the Alliance, and King of the Angels. His heavenly function is to oversee the record of all our acts in the Book of Life. It is in charge of supporting human life and acts as a bridge between Divinity and humanity. We can seek His advice by asking Him to help us find the appropriate measure for each action we take in our lives. At a certain level this means helping us find the balance between what we give and what we keep for ourselves. This allows us to maintain well-defined boundaries, and therefore retain a clear sense of ourselves, so necessary if we are to succeed in fulfilling our potential within the world of form. Metatron can help us find the right measure in love, work, and play, so we can lead balanced and healthy lives, rich in harmony and serenity. He will also be a witness of the good we do, perhaps of those acts of love or benevolence not recognized by others. It can also help us when we put effort and work into doing something, whatever it is: it could be anything from trying to make a relationship work, losing weight, or abandoning an addictive or harmful habit, to throwing ourselves altogether into a cause or team effort. May we pray to Archangel Metatron to guide our efforts and help us find the right measure for our performance and activities. We can ask Metatron in our meditation to assist us in knowing when enough is enough, or when we need to do more for ourselves or others.

GOD IS A FREQUENCY God is not a figure, it is a frequency. A form of consciousness that goes beyond the human. To understand it you need to move beyond conventional thinking. God is a state of being, a constant flow of love, creativity, wisdom, and expansion. It's not an external entity, but an internal frequency that we can all reach.
