The word "sich" can be used in a plural context which would make the sentence "look for and find eachother"

But it is also sometimes used in singular like "sich selbst" (yourself)

So it can also be read as "look for and find yourself"

As in self reflection happening

I simply cannot enjoy most zombie apocalypse media because they portray human nature as so egregious. Like, I'm a trained archaeologist with an especial interest in prehistory. Yes, different groups of humans have always competed for resources on some level, but the literal reason why there are even humans today is because we're biologically engineered to want to cooperate with each other. Chances of survival go up when you're a part of a group. Yes there will always be arseholes and people who won't work with the group but by and large when the chips are down people help each other. Just look at any local response to a natural disaster. People have survived ice ages and worldwide sea level rises and nightmarish prehistoric predators and prehistoric plagues that we can't even imagine in the modern day based on their ability to help each other. You exist because your ancestors helped and were in turn helped by others. So when zombie media is like 'these survivors are all for murdering each other even though they're all facing the same threat' it just really takes me out.

My biggest takeaway from the AC Mirage seminar so far is that the colourful mosaics in most buildings are highly inaccurate for a 9th century abbasid city (the patterns are more 13th century spain)

Hey so apparently I will live stream to my professor and other students while I play AC Mirage ? Gamer in the academic sense

People keep saying "Oh like Indiana Jones" when you mention archaeology, but little do they know that there is a ridiculous amount of archaelogists that look eerily similar to Milo Thatch from Atlantis (2001), including me when I wear my glasses

I love Assassin's Creed and I am studying archeology and FINALLY those two things became relevant for another

I'm attending a seminar this year about how AC Mirage portrayed Bagdhad?!

I will share some articles and findings here, as I learn more information about it

It seems I am the only person in the seminar that played all assassin's creed games, including the professor, so while I am less familiar with the historical architecture and such I am at least knowledgeable on something
