Stone Bridge to Publish Massive Osamu Tezuka Manga Biography
“There could be no more appropriate way to honor the life of pioneering manga and anime creator Osamu Tezuka, often referred to as the ‘the father of manga,’ than a visual biography. That’s exactly what Stone Bridge Press will do when it publishes The Osamu Tezuka Story: A Life in Manga and Anime in July 2016.
The single-volume manga biography, billed as 'an anecdotal study of the evolution of Japans’s early manga and anime business,’ will total over 900 pages, according to a recent announcement by Stone Bridge.
The manga is drawn by Tezuka disciple Toshio Ban, who became one of Tezuka’s assistants in 1974, later becoming Tezuka Productions’ sub-chief of manga production for magazines. Translation into English will be handled by anime scholar Frederik L. Schodt, who has the distinction of being Tezuka’s English interpreter during the 1970s and ’80s.”
I spent hours staring at gold bars stock photos while making this and now my head hurts
“Guilt can be a good thing. It’s the soul’s call to action. The indication that something is wrong. The only way to rid your heart of it is to correct your mistakes and keep going until amends are made.”

For all the photographers out there.
Alright people, especially you artists: @psych2go showed me this site called Copypants, and its function is to basically track pictures you’ve uploaded. It also does what’s explained in the pictures above.
I know that there are artists who are hesitant to post their works because they’re scared it’ll get stolen, but with this site I’m hoping that we can see more art. Please check out the site http://copypants.com/
Thanks for creating this post @watchdog-of-her-majesty! If you’re an artist or photographer who have your work online and you need a platform to easily track where your images are being used, check out http://copypants.com/
They are currently a sponsor of us, so if you guys feel this is something that can be of benefits to you, feel free to sign up, let me know your thoughts on it.
