hi this is @lunas-antimemetic-closet's undertale purgatory to contain the flood of utdr posts they reblog daily and spare the ppl who didn't follow them for the utdr flood. take a wild guess of my favourite undertale character and OTP

(i picked this handle specifically so people would shorten it to "chara" but that's embarrassing on retrospect)

tag system (mostly for my own ref but still):

character tags are mostly the same as ao3 character tags without the bracket (i.e. Frisk (Undertale) -> frisk undertale; Asgore Dreemurr -> asgore dreemurr). except chara. chara is always chara dreemurr in my heart even if their ao3 tag isn't marked as such (and i hc them to deny this).

the generic human soul tags are "[soul traits name] soul undertale" because i like that better than using soul colours (i.e. patience soul undertale)

the fanwork/au part of the character tag, except for undertale and deltarune themselves, is shorten to its initials (i.e. Luna (Undertale: Cooking with Kindness) -> luna utcwk). not shortened for standalone fanwork/au tags tho.

ships (romantic or platonic, mostly romantic) gets tagged as the ship/pairing name (i.e. cocoapowder)

every chapter of deltarune has a secret npc who only appears if you leave and re-enter the room 1225 times while you have a bagel in your seventh inventory slot and the npc is a sentient doorknob and when you talk to them the music cuts out and they’re like “who’s that whispering in the trees, it’s two sailors and they’re on leave, pipes and chains and swinging hands, who’s your daddy, yes i am” and then within four hours there’s a thirty minute long video on youtube titled “ASGORE IS FRIEND??? DADDY THEORY EXPLAINED” and it already has 100,000 views and then a year later people call the next chapter disappointing because it was focusing too much on developing the main characters instead of explaining the doorknob guy
