Galinda screamed in horror when she first saw Elphaba and then wanted to help change her skin (despite having no powers of her own - see Popular when "changing" her dress into a ballgown by shouting at it)
Stacking her stuff so high and literally everywhere that it became a daily struggle for Elphaba to even leave her side of the room
Pranking her by giving her that "hideocious" hat because "she hated someone enough" to give it.
She only felt bad about that when faced with the reality of doing something to a genuinely nice person and now she has to put on the good act once again because even Fiyero picked up that something wasn't quite right ("she doesn't give a twig what anyone else thinks" even though he can see she does)
Then we get to Popular. She spends an entire song trying to convince her she will only be popular if she changes who she is and what she wears. She runs off when Galinda tells her she's beautiful because why would she believe someone who's spent a good portion of time bullying her and making her life hell? Who's only changed tack now because she got what she wanted and Fiyero is watching.
Then we get to Defying Gravity. Elphaba literally begs her to go with her. Glinda refuses. Glinda then spends the whole time her best friend is on the run feeding into the lies being said about her rather than sabotaging it from the inside (See Fiyero and the Gale Force, he leads them away from her every single time) and she lies about her best friend.
She springs a surprise engagement on Fiyero once she realises she's losing her grip on him, proven a bit later when he pulls her aside to have a conversation they have likely had many times in private.

Yes Elphaba goes to see her best friend the night before her wedding. To say congratulations. Did we not watch this scene?
Glinda being included in Wonderful is both brilliant and diabolical. Because i have trouble suspending disbelief that the Wizard, the man who caused this issue in the first place, is able to talk her round just by saying things he knows she wants to hear. Add Glinda as a manipulative tactic and yes I can believe that he's able to talk her round. She has her best friend back, the one person aside from Fiyero who believed in her all those years ago.
Your Elphaba loving Glinda would never, should never, use her DISABLED sister as a bait tactic! Which is exactly what this blonde bitch did! Fiyero would NEVER!
Then we get to For Good. They literally say they're best friends. Not unrequited lovers. Not "in another lifetime it would be you."

No, Dorothy Gale is not sitting underneath them with a tear in her eye saying "good for you" because in real terms, Dorothy is a child of the 1930s. Queer people existed but were not accepted. Especially in 1930s America.
