Bulgogi! Korean BBQ
Ingredients:
1 pounds top sirloin steak 2.5 tablespoons liquid aminos 1/8 cup Stevia 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup green onion, chopped 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil 3 tablespoon water
Leaf lettuce or riced cauliflower, optional
Directions:
Slice the beef as thinly as possible against the grain.
Mix all of the remaining ingredients (except the lettuce or cauliflower, if using).
Pour over the meat and marinate at least 1 hour, the longer the better.
Use wooden skewers on the grill (soak skewers first) or use a contact type grill. Be sure turn meat after a few seconds. It cooks quickly. Roll up with lettuce or serve over riced cauliflower.
