Had a MINOR setback this weekend with just eating out and binge drinking on Friday night ((oops, that's normal right?? 😂)) Anyways I'm back at it again, not gonna let it stop me😘💪🏼👏🏼 For a lunch/snack today since I didn't plan well I had lactose free vanilla yogurt with cut up strawberries and protein oats n honey granola. So good and has protein for energy levels, a good breakfast as well. What did you all eat today?☀️

I used to feel very judged at the gym, people stare at me and I thought I did everything wrong. But now I just remember that everyone started somewhere and that I'm one of the few people there who is actually smiling.
