Despite the turmoil in his own mind Skylar still reached out when Jake stumbled back, shaking his head as he tried to think of what to say; what to do. He was dead now, despite still being on two feet. "This isn't-- I don't know what's happening but I can't do this if you leave." His forehead set against Jake's chest, he took in a shaky breath and just stood there for a moment. "Please don't leave me like this..."

Well he hadn’t expected that, not after what Luna had said to him. She had been so angry Jakob wasn’t sure what he was supposed to do. In his opinion he hadn’t done much wrong in the first place. All he’d done was snap when he felt like he was being mocked. “Yeah.” He nodded before walking out of the room and motioning for Sky to follow. Once they were in the side room he pushed the door closed. “Whats up?”

He was nervous as all Hell, and it caused him to shift his weight back and forth waiting on an answer. When he got it he nodded, following Jakob into the side room before pacing for a quick second; figuring out what he needed to say. Once he did, the Chase son made a quick 90 degree turn to face the male. "First of all, I need to say that I don't remember most of that night but I do remember one thing.. You kissed me. You told me you weren't out but that you enjoyed that I'm a mess... but everything after that kiss? Blank." He shrugged then, almost shaking as he spoke, using his hands like he always did. "I don't know what it is that makes me want you the way I do but I am willing to deal with you not being able to express yourself like I do." Once he'd gotten it all out his hands were in his hair and he was looking down; terrified of Jakob's reaction.
