PAPAYA SASHIMI STUFFED WITH MANGO SALSA: This was so good. Each little bite is delightful, refreshing and leaves you feeling nice and light! Thinly slice some papaya (I used a carrot peeler). Fill each slice with mango salsa, roll and place on the plate seam side down. Top with avocado. To eat, just slide your fork under each roll and enjoy! Easy mango salsa recipe: 1 mango, 1/2 cucumber,1/2 red onion, 1 jalapeño, juice of of one lime, 3 tbsp of cilantro. Optional: a couple garlic cloves. Chop all of the ingredients and mix together. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder as needed. Cheers!
