Women should stand up for each other, support each other, be sensitive with one another. Boys will be boys, they say. So, let it be a norm that, woman for woman, cast in stone. We cannot go breaking each other and walk away from it triumphantly. There is always a part of our being that is torn whenever we trample down another woman's worth and dignity. That could happen to us. That could easily be us. We cannot ask the world to accept and appreciate our strength, then use it against our own. It simply doesn't make sense. Stand up for women. If worse comes to worst, just become the woman you wish she is. We can win that way.
