So um. Kind of late. Like. Ten years or so.

But.

I finished reading ‘Till All Are One’ and just want to share some of my opinions.

To start this, i started reading it because i wanted to get more Swindle content. Then i understood that it was the ‘OnOff thing’. If anyone here read my past post they know what this’ about.

So. I started reading this.

I love combaticons to the bottom of my heart and i was so happy for more content with them, so i kept reading. Don’t have much to say on the early chapters, but yeah. I loved the interactions between Brawl and Vortex, i loved the interactions between Blast Off and Onslaught, i loved the interactions between them all.

I loved everyone and everything. Every panel made me fear for the direction where the plot was going and after being stuck on MTMTE issue 44 for.. half a year now i think? I was genuinely TERRIFIED.

Loved the Bumblucinations(haha, get it??) and uh. I am not too prideful to say that i genuinely didn’t expect it. Uh. Maybe i’m just stupid for not reading every comic in order?

The was the Bumblucinations are portrayed are, i noticed, different from the normal Bumblebee, of course. Because-duh-they are not him. They are just, well, hallucinations.

And Windblade. To be completely honest, i, ah, didn’t exactly, well. Like her. In every continuity that i know i absolutely hated her without much of a reason, but this? I absolutely love her. She is just. Ugh.

And, of course, there’s Starscream.

I.. don’t know how to feel about him.

Yeah, for those who don’t know my ‘opinions’ are mostly me going ‘idfk’ and moving on to the next topic.

But for this lil’ guy i have something to actually say.

I loved how he’s portrayed(i say for the 100th time this post). He’s delusional, he’s manipulative, he ’s an asshole and i despise him for messing with the combaticons’ processors sometimes makes great decisions and i can relate to him. So, again, i don’t have a finished opinion on him. Maybe it will come to me if i sit with it long enough.

For now i just can say that this (RiD, Dark Cybertron, MTMTE, TAAO continuity shit) Starscream is probably my favourite. Yeah.

Also his uh. Alternative design?? Was batshit insane, i love it. I think i do?

And now. OnOff.

Holy. Fuck.

I uh. I still love the ship. But i can’t say that i like it in the story. No. Wait. I phrased that wrong.

I love how it contributed to the story and the whole arc, but as a ship i’d actively ship as it was?

..

Uhh. Wrong phrasing again.

I think i just.. i don’t know. Again.

Looking at one of the final panels in the annual(the one where Windblade comes to visit Starscream and the other prisoners(to an extent)), Blast Off is sobbing(Crying?) on the opposite end of the cell. The others are looking pissed off. And (correct me if i’m wrong) i think his visor is cracked.

So either Starscream, while confessing, also told everyone that Blast Off knew, or he confessed to the others himself(Please tell me if there’s a comic about the reactions if that actually happened).

Now, i will not stop shipping this, but i think this could go (a lot of ways, but I’m simplifying it to) 5 ways: either they absolutely despise Blast Off ‘till the end of his life and beat him into offlining, they come to terms with it and OnOff continues, they cone to terms with it and OnOff doesen’t continue, or they forgive him and again, it branches out into these two possibilities.

Again, maybe i’m just stupid. Hope i’m not. Please don’t throw tomatoes.

Also.

Swindle’s so cool. He. I love him he’s a cutie-patotie. I want to strangle Starscream for shooting him.

Yeah. That’s all.

I’m going to voice my opinion on Soleil as someone who has only watched the first two episodes of Metal Cardbot W because i am barely functioning and want to go to sleep but still need to talk about it.

So. Midnight ramblings. And of course, spoilers for the third season. Or at least the 2 episodes that i watched..

I am almost 90% sure she’ll either be an antagonist or a straight-up villain.

I like Blaion, he’s cool and seems kind to me, he’s loyal to her, but is he loyal for the right reasons and how far does that loyalty go?

Soleil seems.. interesting. For now i think she’s going to be somewhat of an antagonist to show how Jun is childish and such. Maybe a morally gray character or someone who has goals and methods that are not entirely the same as the MC’s(Jun’s).

For now? I do not like her. She just.. has that personality that is.. weird to me? Somehow?

I don’t really know much about her FOR NOW, but.. I don’t know, she’s kind of off to me?

Also i think that when she gave Blue Cop back to Jun it wasn’t because of her kindness of heart, it was probably a calculated move or.. something like that i guess?

She took Phantom Hornet and that was probably like a payment but probably not.

Honestly? She kind of reminds me those anime manipulator characters.. but uh.. I don’t know, maybe i’m completely wrong and she’s cool. I suspected Peruru too at first.

But not that much. Soleil just.

Ugh.

I have to idea what to think of her and that bothers me a LOT.

Without having anything better to do, i present to you something i call the dream AU(or as i affectionately call it ‘Interesting propositions, even more interesting revelations.’), which yes, is not a remotely interesting name, but it’ll have to do for now.

My writer’s brain has been shrinking with unaction, and frankly, writer’s block is a little piece of garbage, but do i care? No!

So yeah, here’s a vague description of the stuff i thought of. Not much, but it’s at least something.

I’m.. not really(or should i say at all) versed in the whole ‘cybertronian dreams’ stuff, but let’s say, for the plot, that they don’t dream. The mechs know what dreaming is, being intergalactic travellers and all, but they don’t experience it themselves.

They do get something like nightmares, that really are just the processor thinking that the blankness of recharge is something dangerous and attempting to fill it with their experience, trying to remember/figure out how to deal with it. The ‘experiance’ is usually battle, gore, death or something else vaguely unpleasant or relevant.

Happens rarely, but it does. Moving on.

Brainstorm, the self-proclaimed genius, gets a ‘dream’. The thought of a recharge glitch(i have no idea how to name the thing) falls away almost immediately, Brainstorm not recalling anything even remotely close to being an organic in his memory banks.

Ah, yeah, did i mention he becomes an organic in the dreams? Well, i did now.

Finding it interesting(it having no known cases of happening to cybertronians, not documented ones at least) (and also having only basic knowledge on dreams from organic databases) and having nothing more interesting to do, he decides to explore the limits of the phenomenon without proper documentation. Yeah.

The farther he goes, the more he learns about the weird planet with it’s culture and awfully primitive knowledge of science and technology, and the revolution they’re in the middle of(surprise surprise) progresses into a war. Yipee.

Brainstorm joins the ‘cons because they’d let him tinker with weaponry.

Meanwhile cut to Percy, running purely on coffee and the lack of sleep(don’t ask, him nor i have an answer) meets a man, rambling to a complete stranger about something you’d hear in a sci-fi movie, although the man’s not sure even that’d reach the level of absurdity of the man’s words.

At first the scientist thinks him a hallucination from the lack of a proper sleep or just an insane man, but soon that’s proven wrong after the rambling starts to actually make sence.

Cue a 4000-word make out session.

Kidding, they’re gonna hold hands in a few years tho! Promise!

Anyways, i’m getting cooked alive rn and my sanpellegrino is rapidly heating so most of this probably doesn’t make sence. Do i care? No.

At this point i’m just rambling.

Oh, also, earth is in a different time.

When the Ark crashes Brains’ probably maybe going to be a ‘bot? I don’t remember if he was in G1, probably should rewatch that.
