A cough escaped her lips as she walked down the forest path, how she got this far— she didn’t know. Her left side was bleeding, let alone the back of her shoulder blades were giving out just as much blood. Her trench coat was soaked with the crimson and her eyes had seemed to fail and notice the figure in the distance. Was her name being called?
Was it bad that she didn’t even remember what happened?
A small chuckle escaped her before she just collapsed all together. Maybe she could finally get some sleep after all that pain and suffering.
Footsteps were silent as the girl walked down the pathway she located in the forest. Unsure about anything that could be hiding in the trees or shrubs, her eyes darted around every which way constantly.
As she got further in her stroll to an unknown destination, she noticed a person's figure forming, a bit smaller than her own. Inside herself, she could feel the goddess's spirit stirring restlessly, begging not to go anymore forward -- but her feet carried her straight ahead regardless.
"H-hey!" The captain choked out, pure purple eyes widening in slight fear. She rushed herself over to the collapsed girl, kneeling down beside her. Blood? Elissa always tries to act stoic around these situations, but she was always frightened -- worried that she was useless. That, and she didn't even know her way around. What was she supposed to do?

Skylar’s emerald hues trailed up and down the Captain’s physique, almost at a loss for words. “Y-you look stunning.” He hummed out, stifling a laugh. His fingers carefully folded over Elissa’s, and he gave her palm a playful squeeze.
The setting sun created a beautiful palette of many pigments. Purple, orange, yellow, it all blended so perfectly against the sky. Just above it all, you could notice faint sparkle of stars steadily appearing as the sun continued to fall against the horizon.
Street lights began buzzing, turning on and illuminating the roads ever so slightly to lead the two lovebirds in the right direction. They laughed, joked, but mostly created a simple feeling of intimacy. Finally, there was the faint light of the bakery just down a couple of blocks.
Skylar looked to his side, giving a small compliment to Elissa, then holding the glass-paned door open for her when they finally approached the establishment.
“If you see anything you like, Liss- Tell me and I’ll be more than happy to buy it for you.” He hummed out, taking a quick step back to allow the Nedian to browse.
With a bright smile and a pinkish hue flushing through her cheeks, she just chuckled as a simple reaction to the compliment. Back at the Federation, she'd get compliments and relationship requests like none other from the men employees -- none of which the captain paid attention to, so she just declined and shrugged them off. But hearing something as tiny as this from Skylar always made her feel warm and calm inside.
During the walk, she admired the view of the surroundings. It's been such a long time since she's seen a natural view of the sky like this. The Federation's walls are made of pure steel, blocking any connection to the real and natural universe. The best they had was holographic trees -- what in hell was that? And any attempt to find a new homeworld was completely futile...even though she was the one who made the most progress...even though she was the one who actually wanted to help those Earthlings!
At these thoughts, Elissa grimaced at herself and quickly threw them away. There wasn't a chance she was going to upset herself on a night like this! She put on a smile, and continued to look around in awe. Now she was enjoying the environment without a worry.
When the two got to the bakery, she was a little upset to see the scenery go away, but at the scent of the goods that were baking...it was revitalizing! What Skylar said went through one ear and out the other; the Nedian clasped her hands together and ran over to the display cases. Fresh bread, cakes, and other baked goods...she was in heaven, wasn't she? Perhaps she should pick up something for Lily, too...
Happy Father's Day, Daddy...
⊰✿⊱ Sophie lifted her hands to about shoulder level, gripping them together. “…Yes. I do need help finding something!” A slight bit of hope was woven into her voice, and she continued to talk with a smile on her face. It was small, merely a small change in lip angle and her eyes becoming a bit brighter, but it was something. “I lost my… friends.” Her eyes closed in a smile; whenever she called her party her friends, it made the humanoid girl unbelievably happy. “Asbel, Cheria, Hubert, the Captain and Pascal.” She paused for a moment. “Those are my friends.”
The girl stopped reorganizing the books on the shelf she was working on to look at the other. She looked so happy to call them their friends -- and to get someone to assist her. Unfortunately, Elissa didn't know those people, and it sort of made her frown. "A-ah, I'm sorry..." she placed one last book in its proper spot before folding her hands in front of her. "I'm afraid I don't know of anyone with those names..." Even with these words, the space captain had a strange impulse to help this girl, although it might've been improbable.

It was a simple warm day as Albel sat under a shady area with his Houndoom. At first, nothing was really going on and he was feeling bored at the inactivity. He continues to eat a sweetened object he bought for the sheer hell of it.
Houndoom looks at her trainer and then slowly scouts around the area and observes all the people, a few seemed intriguing but none to sway her, until she saw a blonde girl and sat near her, watching.
Ah, this was the life, wasn't it? Away from any missions, just sitting in the shade of a tall tree. "This is so nice, ain't it, Flora?" she spoke to the semi-transparent little spirit that perched on her shoulder, much like a bird, even though she was more shaped like a feline. The spirit nodded, not knowing how it was exactly 'nice,' but only went along with it. Then she quickly turned her head, noticing the wolf-like creature that made her way over.
"Hm, who-- what?" Elissa began, not knowing exactly how to address the creature. It looked like it came from the same creation genetics as that small pink slug-like creature she was handed -- what was it, a Shellos? "Uh, hi there..." she acted uneasy at the two eyes staring at her. How was she supposed to act around this thing?

Was this too formal? Maybe it was too casual. Whatever the case, the choice of wardrobe was crawling under Skylar’s skin. He was just taking Elissa to the bakery downtown, but there was much more to it.
With his arms crossed casually, consistently shifting his jacket and toying with the edges, he kept his back rested against the wall. It’s just a bakery.
After a while of silence, Skylar cleared his throat and tilted his head towards the hallway of his home. “A-Are you ready?” He called out, swallowing nervously.
Women always had trouble with their choice of appearance, and Elissa was no different from a typical woman. Her hair was combed evenly with her little crescent moon pin her mother graciously passed down onto her was tucked in beneath the distinct flip of her bangs. The translucent fabric of her shawl detached from the golden choker and she pushed it into her back pocket. Tiny cracks and cuts were slightly visible on the amethyst gem in the center, but each one held stories that no one would want nor enjoy to hear.
At the sound of her friend's voice, she realized -- she was taking much too long, wasn't she? The captain jumped a bit, adjusting her jacket properly. "Aye, 'm comin'!" she called back. As soon as she took her first step towards the hallway, she flinched. Stopping short, her hand fell to her choker -- Florella stirred restlessly. "Flora," she began, calling the deity by her similar-named sister's nickname, "there's nothin' to be concerned about, okay? Now, I don't want you taking over or anything. At all. Got it?" she tried to scold that little goddess, and she could only feel the deity accept her statements. Now, onward!
"A'ight, we're all set to go~" Her voice wavered a little melody. With a bright grin, she held out her hand to the boy. Of course, Florella could feel his nervousness. Trying hard not to shift again to avoid being yelled at by her hostess, she only made herself comfortable for the night to come.
"I promise I'll make your dream come true, Father..."
[ You know, I honestly have no regrets on making a new OC because she makes me very happy. I think I developed her well enough <: ]

⊰✿⊱ Sophie found herself alone, in yet another unknown place. A light blush scatterd across her cheeks, as her head whipped around in every direction, surveying her surroundings. Where was Asbel and the rest of her party? No where in sight, clearly. In there place was an individual, who seemed more in place with the surroundings than she did. “U-Uh… C-Can you help me with something?” Her demeanor was helpless and scared, as she talked to the person. Though not feeling particularly threatened, Sophie continued to keep her distance.
☪ Having the day off from explorations, Elissa was assigned to organize the bookshelves in the library her facility had. Sure, it was hard work, but she somewhat found it amusing on sluggish days like that one. As she took out a book from one shelf and placed it in its proper spot (organized by author name, of course), she heard a timid voice. The captain lightly turned her head towards the other. "Ah, yes? Do you need help finding something?" she asked politely; she could sense the little twinge of nervousness in the purple-haired girl.
