Advice for a heartbroken person? Specifically one who struggles with depression and anxiety.

start doing things for yourself. Take yourself out for a coffee date, maybe bring a book and stay there for a while, go grab lunch and eat it in the park, take a bath, take care of yourself, drink enough water and eat well. if you’re feeling down take a walk around the block- notice the little things like the color of the leaves. Stay strong and push through it
