A Rtte episode except during a battle with Viggo in a witches hut, Hiccup turns onto a fluffy auburn bunny and the whole plot is to turn him back and make sure nothing eats him

Snotlout makes a few jokes about having bunny stew, Ruff & Tuff are trying to recreate what happened to Hiccup so they can also be bunnies, Astrid is fighting tooth and nail to protect bunny Hiccup, Fishlegs is trying to find a way to turn Hiccup back, and Viggo needs a second cause wtf just happened?!

And why are the riders acting like this isn’t the crazy thing to happen?! Then Dagur walks in and once he finds out what happened to Hiccup he’s hysterical crying demanding for his brother to come back

Also can’t decide if it would be funnier if Hiccup was like conscience well he’s a bunny so he’s kinda freaking out cause he’s a bunny or if he’s just like a bunny with vaguely Hiccup like traits

At the beginning of HTTYD2 there’s a quick exchange between Astrid and Snotlout I always thought was a reference to the TV show:

Astrid: Ruffnut? Didn’t she try to bury you alive? Snotlout: Only for a few hours.

And in the episode “The Flight Stuff” from Defenders of Berk, Ruffnut and Tuffnut convince Snotlout that he’s dying and start digging him and Hookfang a grave

Some people are forgetting how smart the twins are. I mean, they speak multiple languages, successfully infiltrated a major dragon hunting operation, threw Viggo/Krogan/Johan off their game multiple times, and can start spewing random but accurate knowledge at the drop of a hat. They know they’re smart, but they don’t show it because they know if Hiccup sees them as smart and not just ridiculous, he’ll trust them with more responsibilities, which they don’t want.

They’re playing everyone in this damn series and I’m so proud of them.

Okay but like Hiccup clearly has no problem walking through the pouring rain, right? I mean:

Albeit he looks like a sad wet cat there and it probably isn’t fun for him, but I doubt this is the only time he’s gotten soaking wet from the rain.

Ergo, I believe he’s been out when it’s cold and rainy and gotten sick from it before; and perhaps he even had to take care of himself during that time, since like… Stoick may very well have been away searching for the nest, and no one else who sees Hiccup soaking wet in that scene the photo is from commented on it so like…

Just imagine an even younger and smaller Hiccup, sick after being out in the cold and rainy weather, with no one home to take care of him.

I have recently stumbled onto the Rise of the Brave Tangeled Dragons tag and, I have to say, I am love with it. Not just because I find the stories/ideas/relationships interesting, but also because people have had the imaginative and creative capacity to take characters from 4 completely different films, backgrounds, and settings and then put them together in a way that doesn’t seem forced. This is why tumblr is amazing: it creates things.

I remember hearing abt a not released httyd comic that Hiccup in takes revenge from Drago after discovering he’s still alive…now I have a few headcanons (that takes place in my Httyd au that i’m yet to write but don’t want to go with THW canon cos…everyone knows why):

•after that Hiccup brought Drago’s head with him and now in every chiefs meeting that happens on Berk that head will always be hung over/behind Hiccup’s chair, and now no one from the archipelago and around the northern markets dares to mess with Berk and its Chief.

Viggo lived and now in charge of the dragons edge, but for some reasons stays away as far as he could be from berk and humans in general, but Hiccup always sends new dragon riders to him to train and help saving/healing dragons.

Viggo have no Idea about the head thing, so when someday he visits Hiccup to help him out in the village and play some maces and talons he hears Zypher theorizing with some of her friends why her parents never lets her in the chiefs meetings that happens on Berk but takes her with them when they go to another Tribes, but Snoutlout’s son once witnessed the head as his father was returning it where they keep it so he told her and their friends and Viggo was in the background just regretting telling Hiccup that he’s more ruthless than what he realizs but also being a proud parent at the same time.

the volcano ascendent messed up Viggo’s tasting buds, there’s no others explanation why he likes to drink Yaknog and doesn’t gag

Hiccup once was coming back from a battle blooded, but saw Zypher waiting to welcome him with Astrid on one cliff, so he straight up hoped off Toothless hoping the sea water will wash some blood

Zypher is not allowed to fly with Dart until she’s 10 at least

when Griemle or whatever was his name claimed to be the most dangerous person Hiccup has ever met, he got a digger through his head mid monologue, and Viggo was capturing the last deathgripper when Hiccup was done with throwing Grimle’s body to sea dragons

I have no idea how did this did stray from the whole ‘Drago’s head’ headcanons thing but it’s okay.

Krogan knocks Hiccup out, he kidnaps Hiccup, he puts a chain around Hiccup’s neck, he was going to hand him over to people that wanted Hiccup dead and Krogan still had the audacity to ask Hiccup to pull him up when they both went tumbling off a cliff and they were hanging off it

Did Krogan seriously think Hiccup was gonna save him? Like he looked so surprised when Hiccup took his leg off to in turn make Krogan fall, like my guy you guys aren’t friends!
