Dabi really said "I just stick out my chin and grin and say oooooohhhh. The sun'll come out tomorrow, so ya gotta hang on 'til tomorrow come what may~" See? I always knew he was a theatre kid.
ahh yes, Dabi, my favourite hero :)))
born to infodump forced to constantly worry if the other person actually cares or if im making sense or if i said something wrong or if im embarrassing myself or if they want me to stop talking or
LISTEN autistic Shouto Todoroki and autistic Touya Todoroki. Bonus: Endeavor is one of those "everyone is a little bit autistic" parents, not realising he himself is also autistic af
I think it’s incredibly fucked how capitalism discourages learning for learning’s sake. People will have interests they’ve spent years researching then say it’s “useless knowledge” bc it didn’t go towards a college degree and isn’t part of their job. Learning is never useless! Your brain is growing and developing throughout your whole life! People would never have epiphanies or sudden lightening strikes of creativity if they weren’t learning new things! That goes double for topics like science, politics, and history, which inform your understanding of the world you live in!
When I was talking to my dad about my perfectionism when it came to doing my assignments, my dad told me it doesn't have to be perfect cause you go to uni just to get your degree. And I'm just like no? I go to uni to learn things? Like why is learning things considered the wrong reason to go to uni now????
Also, like I pick subjects that interest me. And my dad will be like ok, but this subject won't be useful when you go out to work though. Like I'm sorry? I like ancient Greece and Rome? And I'm interested in Latin and Ancient Greek? And I like gothic fiction and medieval fiction?
so I saw someone's spiderman au fanart on my tiktok fyp right? And ok, I'm used to seeing prohero Touya fanart of Touya without his scars right, so I see silver hair blue eyes and just assume, oh it's spiderman au Touya Todoroki, right? Wrong. It was Gojo Satoru.
Nothing makes me feel Touya Todoroki kinnie as strongly as when I read modern quirkless au fics.
Childe probably having sat through listening to Zhongli wax poetic about like rocks or something, only to complain about Pantalone's monologuing is so funny to me. Childe please, your double standards are showing 🤣🤣🤣
woah woah woah woah I just found out about Wriothesley's backstory. Doesn't he kinda parallel Lyney a bit? Why haven't I seen anyone talking about this???? Like this is giving their conflict in the Fortress a whole new context now. Wriothesley could've so easily ended up in Lyney's place, and Lyney could've so easy ended up in Wriothesley's. Like imagine it was Arlecchino who rescued Wriothesley and the rest of the foster children (because she does tend to take in orphans like them, right?), they probably would've ended up in the House of the Hearth. And imagine if Arlecchino hadn't rescued Lynette, Lyney would totally have murdered that noble to rescue her I'd bet. They are so similar, but they ended up on different sides.
I'm also enjoying Navia a lot. She's coming across as some strange combination of eccentric detective and mafia boss lmao. And me being both a KHR and BSD girlie just eats that shit up
So far I ADORE the twins. I've adored them from the moment I met them, and I kinda kin Frem hahah. What is social interaction, y'know? Meanwhile, I flip flop drastically between being amusedly endeared by Furina's antics and want-to-pull-my-hair-out annoyed.
I know I'm really late to the party but I just started Fontaine's archon quest, like literally just finished the first part with Lyney and Lynette's trial. The traveller was so offended at the twins being Fatui though, meanwhile we so happily greeted Childe when he showed up in Fontaine lol. Like sure, I don't trust the Fatui twins who are tryna save Fontaine from going underwater, but I'm bffs with the Fatui Harbinger who almost drowned an entire harbour. There's some irony there lmao
I was talking about Percy Jackson to a friend who doesn't read Percy Jackson. Can you believe I called Jason Grace Nico's manic pixie dream girl?
I hope y'all know the servants that repeatedly manage to drag me back into FGO are the Tosa trio, Karna and Arjuna, and of course Gil and Enkidu
sadly I can't play the event since I'm not caught up with the lostbelts but I am gonna brag about my np2 Ryoma/Oryou
