okay so I had this TikTok account, all fine and dandy, and earlier I thought about making a secret so I obviously began to make one.

I clicked the wrong email (which already had an account) and it started giving me sign up stuff?? I thought it was a login but next thing I know I’m in another account and can’t log back into my old one that’s ALSO UNDER THAT EMAIL?? I don’t know if it’s lost now or anything but it’s crushing me, it was an account for a passion project of mine and now it might be gone. I can still see it from other accounts, it isn’t deleted, but every time I tried to login into it, it sent me to an old account that was attached to NO email. And then it wouldn’t let me add an email to delete it??? Ugh.

Steven had never really been flirted with before. I mean, he was the geek of the group! Most went for Neil or Charlie, not sparing the ginger boy a glance. That was fine with him! He had the gadgets he’d make, albeit they were made when he probably should’ve been resting, and Pitts to keep him company! He didn’t need a lover. Well, that’s what he told himself anyway. Then, the group decided to all hang out together over breakfast and go downtown to wander and entertain themselves. Steven didn’t really think much of it, it wasn’t like it would be anything eventful! Well, unless Charlie decided to do something stupid. Again. They’d been downtown before, sat in the diner while drinking milkshakes. The usuals were always there, a couple of older couples and one really sour man that was never satisfied with his order. Charlie liked throwing crumpled straw wrappers at him. Today, though, today was different. There was another group of kids who’d decided to seize the opportunity of a warm day and sit in a booth behind the 7 boys. Lovely!

Meeks had gone up to grab another straw after a certain boy decided to take the straw and toss it at the sour man, not paying much mind to the other person leaning at the counter. “So, you guys come here often?” Meeks had been startled by the words coming from the person, if he was being honest. “O-Oh, uh… not particularly. Only when we feel like doing so.” He stuttered out, blushing at the person grinning at him. He mentally hit himself for how awkward he sounded. “Oh, I see. Us too. Though, I’d come around here more if it was you I’d be expecting to see.” The person said flirtatiously towards Meeks.

Meeks froze.

There was just NO way he was getting flirted with, that’s not how it works! Why would this person, this suave and clearly cooler person, want STEVEN of all people?! Hell, he radiated geek! He might as well have had a giant sign with him that said “NERD.” He fumbles, trying to think of a response. “O-Oh, I’d like that! I-I mean, it would be nice to see you more often too! N-Not in a creepy way, I-…” he decided to just cut himself off before he rambled, wanting to save a bit of his dignity, but to his surprise they laughed. “Gosh, you’re just the cutest.” They said between giggles. Meeks couldn’t stop the rising heat from flushing across his cheeks.

Charlie had noticed the flirtatious interaction after Meeks hadn’t returned with his straw after a multitude of minutes, and decided to whistle at Meeks. “Look at you, Meeks! Finally getting a gal?” His words were very obviously teasing, wanting to make Meeks even more embarrassed than he already was, but the person merely giggled along. They grabbed a napkin, and scribbled down Meeks couldn’t see just yet. “Here, if you want to meet up here again. Preferably without someone shouting out jeers.” They passed the napkin towards Meeks before turning and sitting back with their friends.

Meeks grabbed the napkin, staring at it with wide eyes full of stars. It was their number! Well, home phone probably, but still! He had a date!! Steven Meeks, the nerd of Welton, had a date! He couldn’t believe it, his time had finally come! Suddenly downtown got a lot more interesting.

You’d gone to the library with the intention of just roaming around, finding a book that interested you, and sitting in the sun like a cat to relax. A perfect Saturday plan. Well, it was going smoothly for a while! You’d been browsing the shelves, tracing your fingers over the spines of each book and reading their title to find one that caught your interest. Then you crashed into something, technically someone, and fell to the floor.

“Oh my gosh, I am so so sorry,” a shy voice spoke up. Once you gathered your sense and looked up you were met with the sight of a boy around your age. His shoulders were hunched and he was fidgeting with his pants, not knowing what to do with his hands. He then scrambled to reach a hand out to help you up, which you accepted. Taking his hand and pushing yourself up you couldn’t help but gawk at the boy. He had light brown hair and these shy blue eyes, his lips stuck between an awkward half-smile and an embarrassed frown. He was certainly cute, that was for sure.

“It’s really no issue,” you dusted your clothes off and smiled softly. “What’s your name?” You said calmly, holding your hands together in front of yourself. “Todd. Uh- Anderson. Todd Anderson.” His voice was soothing, and quiet. You giggled softly, “Are you sure you know your name?” He blushed and looked to the ground. You hoped you hadn’t just fumbled your chances before Todd spoke up once more, “Well what’s your name, then?” His voice hadn’t raised higher than his original volume, but it had an air of sassiness now.

“(Y/N),” said confidently before bumping his shoulder jokingly. “Didn’t fumble it once, are you sure Todd Anderson is your real name?” You’d gotten a soft chuckle from the boy, making you grin. “Maybe I’m a secret agent, you’ll never know.” He bumped your shoulder back, smiling at you. Your eyes met his, and you both stayed in silence for a bit. It was calm, a warm atmosphere filling the area around you two. After a moment of sharing eye contact, he blushed and looked away.

“I’d love to hang out with you more,” you said kindly. You just hoped he was picking up what you were putting down. He looked at you with an almost shocked expression, as if he didn’t think you’d actually enjoyed your short yet pleasant interaction. He nodded quickly, fumbling with his hands before pulling out a black ballpoint pen from his pocket, and handed it to you. “Uh- well, you could write me your phone number. W-We could find a date we’re both free and just… do whatever,” he spoke as if his mouth was running quicker than his mind.

You grinned and took the pen, reaching for his hand and pulling it closer. Once his hand was in your grasp you wrote down your number precisely into his palm, wanting it to be as neat as possible for Todd. Once it was inked into his skin you let go of his hand, handing the pen back. He took it with a small, flustered smile. You waved him goodbye before walking back out of the library, without even having the book you were searching for. You were just excited to have met such a sweet, soft-spoken boy. The air around you almost felt lighter, the sun brighter. Who knows what tomorrow holds, but if anything does go right, then you’d be with Todd.
