Undertale's Anniversary but Late
Sorry this is late, but its my anniversary with my girlfriend conveniently on the same day as Undertale's anniversary.
On that note, there I shall begin.
Undertale is a wonderful game, with a wonderful fandom. I'm glad I am a part of it, but at the same time, I know I wouldn't be into UT anymore unless it was for my girlfriend.
I met her on Undertale Amino on a whim basically. I had installed it and then I ognored it for a month. I went back on a whim, and met my now girlfriend on a public chat I had created.
We started talking and roleplaying. We only started dating just a few days over a year ago, but I feel like thats where our romantic adventures began, because our characters we roleplayed as were together and all that jazz.
Like, 9 months later she asked me out (on Undertale's birthday so she can remember our anniversary, what a dork) and here we are.
Honestly, she kept it fun for me, and she still is. Not that she looks at the same stuff I do or likes the same things I do, but Undertale was the thing that brought us together and I thank Toby Fox for that.
I don't think Toby meant for the game to bring real live couples together, but im sure if he knew it did, he would be satisfied with the outcome.
Undertale has also introduced me to many good friends and has taught me a lot, through the fandom and canon game. Through the fandom I learned a lot of how the internet works and how content should be treated and even how to draw better.
Sorry if this has gone from talking about Undertale to my life after it, but honestly I can't help it.
Thank you, Undertale, and thank you, Toby, for introducing me into my new reality. Don't know what I would do without you.
