I have been eating around 2000 calories a day and that is it. I haven't been eating any different and I can eat whatever I want to as long as it's in the budget. I started full throttle on the 10th and have lost 8.3 pounds. Today I'm sitting at 311.7 and last week I was at 312.8 and the week before that I was at 320. I downloaded a calorie tracking app that's free called mynetdiary and it's so nice to work with so far. It's extremely easy to work with when inputting food measurements and scanning foods. I haven't been exercising because I don't feel like it because of my period that came a few days ago but if I do exercise it'll be walking. I don't intend to make this journey extreme and according to the app ill reach my goal by July 24 2024 at the rate I'm going and I'm ok with that.
